The main bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the hallway nook includes a convenient bunk bed, making it perfect for families. The well-equipped kitchenette provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dedicated workspace with fast WiFi ensures you can stay connected if needed.



Step outside to discover two spectacular pools, each offering a unique experience. The heated ground floor pool area provides breathtaking ocean views, perfect for a relaxing swim. For an elevated experience. With a private entrance directly to the beach, you’re just steps away from the sand and sea.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the well-equipped kitchenette, dedicated workspace, and cozy sleeping areas. Enjoy all two pools. You'll also have access to the modern gym, outdoor spaces, and gardens. The private entrance to the beach and private parking make your stay even more convenient.

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, affectionately known as La Cruz, is a picturesque fishing village that has evolved into a vibrant and welcoming community. Located just a short walk from Zantamar Condos, La Cruz offers a unique blend of traditional Mexican charm and modern amenities. The town is renowned for its beautiful marina which is a hub for sailing and boating enthusiasts.



Seafood lovers will delight in the daily catches available at the Seafood Market, offering the freshest options for a true taste of the local cuisine. Every Sunday in the high season, the Marina hosts a bustling Farmers Market where you can find fresh produce, local crafts, and delicious food.



Strolling through La Cruz, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, each exuding its own unique character. Please note that some areas of the resort are still being completed, but this will not affect your accommodation experience. We’ll provide you with our curated guidebook, featuring our favorite restaurants, activities, secret spots, beaches, and general attractions. Our property manager is available to assist you during your stay with anything you may need, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.



Pet-Friendly Policy:

– REQUEST PERMISSION: Before confirming your reservation, send us a message to request written permission to bring your pet.

– REQUIREMENTS: Pets must weigh less than 20 kg and be fully trained.

– SUPERVISION: Pets should not be left alone in the room (unless they are in a dog carrier or crate). They must be leashed in public spaces and you must take responsibility for cleaning up their waste.

– CLEANING FEE: There is a one-time pet fee of $999 pesos. An additional fee may be charged if the property requires excessive cleaning.
