This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, for delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs.

The bedroom has a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

In the building, you will have access to a cinema, food and beverage facilities, a games room, a gymnasium, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a library, retail and leisure elements, and a swimming pool.

The area is also home to the Dubai Hills Mall, featuring a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. With its strategic location, residents and tourists can easily access Dubai's major attractions and business districts, making it an ideal spot for both leisure and convenience.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
