If you want to wake up within reach of the sound of the sea and the first thing you will do in the morning is walk to the beach, drink your morning coffee on the comfortable armchairs of our terraces, our apartments are ideal for you. 100m from the accommodation you can choose between: sandy, pebble and concrete beaches. Our 5 apartments are located on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor of a residential building intended exclusively for tourist purposes. In 2021, they were all newly decorated. Apartment A2 with a size of 68 m2 is intended for max. 4 people. App A3 size 38 m2 is intended for max. 2 persons. App A4 size 68 m2 is intended for max. 4 people, App A5 of 85 m2 is intended for max. 5 people and App A6 of 35 m2 is intended for max. 2 persons. Each apartment has a courtyard with various seating areas and a barbecue.
The house is located in a quiet area of Zadar (Puntamika), only 4 km from the center, connected by a walkway in the immediate vicinity of the building. Free parking, unlimited use of Wi-fi, SAT/TV, and air conditioning are available to all guests.

Separated from the city noise and protected by silence and tranquility, offering you a perfect place for rest and a quick escape from reality. A magical view where the sun immerses into the crystal clear sea with a range of bright colors, leaving an indelible mark on the sunset as if it had been arranged for a special occasion. Film director Alfred Hitchcok didn’t remain immune to the magic of the sunset. While driking Maraschino and blowing out the smoke of his Habanos on the Zadar waterfront he said: “This must be the most beautiful sunset in the world!” The pine forest gives protection from the sun, and the naturally protected deep draft provides a safe haven for every boater.
