Great place to stay in Charleston! House is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy and owner even allowed us an early check in so we wouldn’t miss an event we had scheduled. Would highly recommend

Fantastic stay! Communication was excellent, and all of our questions were answered quickly. The home was spotless, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we appreciated being able to drop off our bags early. The beautiful backyard was a wonderful bonus and a great place to relax. The location was perfect—within walking distance of downtown and many great restaurants. Nick provided an extensive list of recommendations, and we enjoyed several of their suggested restaurants and points of interest. Highly recommend!

This 3 bedroom home was adorable. It’s boho feeling made it feel very cozy. I was very happy to have a sizable driveway to Larkin as the roadway is narrow. The beds were amazing to sleep on at night. The air conditioning was outstanding in the 105 degree days while I was there. The homeowner responded to every message sent to him. We enjoyed staying in the home and literally walked everywhere we wanted to go including shopping, restaurants, historical sites.

The place is really an overall great option for 3-4 adults or a family. Place was very clean, the backyard was a great place to hang out and have a meal and the kitchen was well equipped. The space was comfortable for gatherings w games available to play. Our rooms were comfortable, beds were great and perfect amount of private space. We appreciated the yoga mats and weights available for workouts. Off street parking was EPIC as the street outside is pretty crowded. The only drawback, is it’s a developing area. Very close to Market St and King St which makes getting to things easy. As a female I would not feel comfortable walking alone at dusk or the evening but I did have a rental and felt very comfortable. The site feels secure. And my adult boys wld love this place! Last Nick was an excellent host!

The unit was well stocked, very uodated, and clean. We really appreciated the nice outdoor space. Look for the 4 leaf clovers! Have never found so many before.

Nick and Michelle are excellent hosts. Communication was fantastic, and they gave excellent recommendations. We were even welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine!

Cute place

The place was small, clean and cute! Having parking was a HUGE bonus, and easy access to get on bridge to Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms!

We had a very comfortable stay on our visit to Charleston. The house is cozy, but was perfect for my family of 4 (two college-age kids). It was clean, well-stocked and well-maintained.The location was very convenient to King Street and a quick drive to the historical locations and Sullivan's Island.The host was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with.

The home itself is nice. But, we found the location, proximity to vacation areas, and the safety of the neighborhood and street questionable and not reflective of the advertisement. It is not walking distance to desirable locations and the neighborhood pretty scary to walk around.

Hi John, we’re located three blocks from King St and many of the most popular restaurants in Charleston. I’m not sure what ‘vacation areas’ you are referring to but if you wanted to be in the touristy area with horse carriages and beef jerky shops then you should have considered a hotel because there are essentially no short term rentals there. I’m sorry you did not feel comfortable in our neighborhood, however, it is a city with diversity... there are four houses on our block alone that have sold for over a million dollars in recent years. Hope you find what you need next time in town. Thanks! Nick

The apartment was pretty good for all our needs since we were out sailing each day. We took our own coffee grinder to make coffee in the morning, the kitchen lacked tea spoons and could do with replacing the cutting boards. The garden area and bbq were really great. The front door lock is hanging off and needs to be re installed, the kitchen does not have a kettle to make tea. The off street parking is fab

Great Location and Lovely House

Easy and inexpensive Uber access to downtown. The house is lovely inside and out and is very quite. All conceivable amenities were included which was a nice surprise. The owners are very nice people. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard. I highly recommend this property!

Nice Property, Good Value in Charleston

Was in town with adult children for a wedding. House is nice with a great breakfast spot a couple of blocks away. Location is in a part of the city that is being renovated and going through a lot of change. We walked downtown during the day or took an Uber or drove our rental. Kitchen was well stocked bed rooms well appointed. Communication with the host was very good. This is a very good rental for adults.

Great Rental

Nicely updated unit that includes nice furniture/item touches that make it feel like you are staying at someone's home. The owners have put some thought into things. Roomy rental with three bedrooms. Master bed was one of the better beds I have used in a hotel or rental! Owners communicated quickly and provided great hospitality in the unit! I would recommend and book with them again!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! We compared rental properties to renting two hotel rooms and this was less expensive and a better choice. All three bedrooms were good size and had plenty of space 9 days worth of clothing and shoes. Our group included a couple, an aunt, and a mom and we had plenty of space. The living room and kitchen were small but there was room for us to relax during down time. There wasn't a table inside but there is a bar with 4 stools and table outsidefor eating or playing games. The full size washer and dryer was super helpful for our long stay! The backyard was big and nice in the evening when it cooled off. There was lots of outdoor sitting space, a fire pit, and a golf driving net. The driveway fit both of our vehicles and our bikes. I would NOT recommend driving a large vehicle here. The streets are tight and there are cars parked on both sides of the street and left and right of the driveway. We were able to get a mid-size truck with a bike rack out of the drive. Anything bigger than that will be tough due to the street setup. The hosts were lovely and helped made the stay even better than expected!
