This space was very spacious and beautiful. It had a nice warm feel to it, you could tell the owners put good thought and work into every detail to create a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

We weren’t sure how the place was going to be from the split level home entrance. Once inside, the place was really warm and inviting. All amenities were great. One suggestion would be to add a thermostat to control the temperature of the downstairs ourselves. We like to keep our place at 66 degrees but didn’t want to ask to adjust too much because it would affect the whole house. We would stay again, thank you.

Quiet, great location

We stayed at the French Cottage Basement Apartment after a 9.5 hour international flight. This place was easy for find, easy to enter and just what we needed for a good night's rest. The host was a good communicator so that made things very easy.

A Lovely Place to Stay

The space was larger than I expected, with plenty of room for the four of us. A big TV, nice decor, well stocked kitchen, and some of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on made this stay super great. The shower is small, especially for larger/taller people, but other than that we have no complaints.

This was a great find. I only wish I found it for my earlier trips to visit my daughter at Boise State. It is close and so spacious. Being able to park and to feel comfortable and not in a hotel made this place my favorite.

Very clean, pleasant, and comfortable

I stayed a couple nights here and the place is super well put together, very well organized, and seems newly furnished. I have to say the interior decorating is really well thought out and cohesive. Really cute and pleasant overall. The location is convenient as well, which was a plus. 10/10

The unique geography pattern of the city creates the perfect outdoors experience. From floating the Boise River, mountain biking, or hanging out at Lucky Peak Lake or Bogus Basin Ski Resort, we have activities to entertain us all year long. Which makes hosting such a pleasure, knowing people can have a day or weeks to experience what we love about this city,

West Bench Boise is a great part of town to be apart of. 15 minutes to all surrounding cities and their attractions, you have the best of downtown access, foothill exploring, and shopping and restaurant experiences.

Our property has personality and style. Decorated to themed detail and living plants in every room, you don’t feel like you are resigning in a basement.
