You were absolutely right — we experienced an unusually cold evening by Florida standards. While the property is typically very comfortable year-round, I understand how that drop in temperature could have affected your stay. I’ve since reviewed our heating setup to ensure we’re better prepared for those rare cold snaps in the future (3 New heaters). I'm sorry to hear that the Internet went out. This is the first time that I'm hearing about it. If you would of contacted me I would have called Verizon because it runs on the 5g tower directly across the street and the WiFi router is in the unit directly under the TV in the bedroom in the box on the wall with a battery backup. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding but if you would have reached out to me then I would have been able to resolve it.

What you heard was the Italian neighbors across the street celebrating a birthday with an outdoor cookout — they tend to be very enthusiastic when they talk, but it was all celebration, not conflict. The guest before you used the fireplace without my knowledge . I just purchased an ozone generator just incase that happens again.

That is a standard I aim to provide. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I purchased additional flatware and dish soap are now fully stocked for months of future guests. I do apologize for the lively neighbors that weekend — Friday and Saturday days can sometimes bring a little extra energy to the area. On a fun note, One of the neighbors occasionally sell homemade ribs that many locals consider some of the best around — That brings extra cars and can be misunderstood for partying.
