Welcome to Lighthouse 817—a beautiful 1-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo with a bonus bunk room, offering 875 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 7 guests. Step inside to a bright and inviting living space, where natural light pours through the sliding glass doors leading to your private balcony—perfect for soaking in stunning Gulf views.

The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing family meals, while the cozy living room provides a comfortable place to relax after a day on the beach. When it's time to unwind, the kids will love the bonus bunk room as their own special “hideaway.” The primary bedroom offers private balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a spa-like oversized shower featuring a full-body, massaging jetted shower head.

Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The Lighthouse is ideally located just 0.5 miles from The Hangout and offers exceptional resort-style amenities, including two beachfront outdoor pools, two hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness center with panoramic Gulf views, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sands.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

We had a great time and loved our unit at Lighthouse. Everything was in excellent condition and the bed was one of the best we’ve ever had on vacation. The shower in the master is awesome. Will definitely stay here again. The beach service was great as well.

It was a very nice condo and facility overall. Great location and proximity to main gulf shores locations and restaurants with the Hangout being just under a mile away. Great beach access and plenty of amenities (like 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs) as well as indoor pools and hot tub. Parking was easy. The elevator was annoying until I realized there were three more in the central wing which was great as well. Property management was very communicative and helpful. Security guy was very cool.Didn’t like having to pay 50 for a parking, but other than that it was great.

This condo looks very nice in the pictures and when you first come in it seems well taken care of. Unfortunately, we didn’t think the price was worth what we got. The appliances are updated and the kitchen looks pretty. We had many issues with things being broken or just looking a mess. The master bathroom looks nice in pictures. The shower is nice (very confusing) but nice. In both bathrooms the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The toilet paper would just fall off and roll away. The towel rack is hanging out from the wall. It looks like there was once a towel hanger on the back of the door. That was broken as well. There isn’t a single place to hang your bathing suit let alone the towel you just showered with. The living room is nice, but there are just a few maintenance issues that need to be fixed.The table on the patio is rusted and rotted and the table is not balanced at all. I grabbed the door handle to the master and it fell off into my hand. This is our 3rd year staying at lighthouse and unfortunately our least favorite stay. I will try my best next year to find an owner of the condo that manages the property. We paid 150 to check into our condo 3 hours early, but when we left by 7 am (we were encouraged to check out early) you aren’t offered any discount on that early arrival or departure. (There also wasn’t anyone in the condo the two days prior to our stay)As a clean freak leaving some cleaning supplies would be nice to be left in the laundry area.

Beautiful Condo With Amazing View!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Gulf Shores, AL! The property was spotless and beautifully decorated, with comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The view from the condo was absolutely stunning, and it was just a quick walk to both the beach and the pools. Covered parking was a great bonus. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway! Our family had a wonderful time and we created many memories.

Nice place

We LOVE staying at Lighthouse! Hands down always recommend the building itself. This particular unit 817 was nice - some updates couldn’t hurt (peeling paint on ceiling in bathroom is one example) but worked well enough for us. It was smaller than I expected, so I’ll be keeping an eye on just how much space we have in the future.

We absolutely loved this place!!! Great location and the view is amazing! Super clean and everything about our experience was easy. No problems. The only reason we didn’t give this place 5 stars is the mattress was very tired. Update the mattress and it’s 5 stars all day long!!
