Thank you for your kind words about our place! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and found it to be a great value. While we understand that the distance from Broadway might have been a bit more than you anticipated, we're happy to hear that the Uber rides made it convenient for you. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another visit soon!

Thank you for the wonderful review, Mike! We're so glad you enjoyed the home, amenities, and rooftop views. We'd love to host you again should your future travel plans bring you back to Nashville!

Thank you for your review, Shana! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo and that you recommend staying with us. We're sorry to hear about the rooms not cooling off appropriately during your stay. Our maintenance team ensured it was working properly upon your depart and it's currently holding at a cool 68 degrees, so we believe it was due to the extreme heat wave the week of your visit. Our head of maintenance was also able to address the water pressure and paint touch ups this week. We hope to host you for a more seamless experience, hopefully when the weather is cooler, if your travels bring you back to Nashville.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the cleanliness and amenities you enjoyed during your stay. We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you mentioned. To clarify, the garage parking pass fee is actually noted in our listing for guests to review prior to booking: Parking Pass Available In The Building For $25/Night Plenty Of Free Street Parking Nearby. We also appreciate your feedback on communication, and we’ll continue working on making everything as clear as possible. We’re glad you enjoyed the home overall and wish you safe travels ahead!

Thank you, Kelly, for your lovely review! We’re happy to hear that the location and space were a great fit for your family. We truly appreciate your feedback and would be delighted to welcome you back again in the future! 🌷

Thank you for your feedback, Stephen. We were surprised to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, especially since we didn’t receive any concerns or specific comments from you during your stay. Please feel free to reach out, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
