Excellent location, comfortable beds, ceiling fans and A/C in every room. Beach chairs and umbrella were very appreciated whether we just walked to the adjacent beach or threw them in the car.

This was our favorite unit we have stayed in at Royal Mauian. It was very clean and being ground level was perfect with our little one. Hope to come back soon.

Absolutely outstanding property. My family and I booked this last-minute when we decided to leave another property that was substandard. This condo was amazing. Steps from the beach, unbelievably well equipped (full kitchen tools, beach chairs, towels, boogie-boards, etc.) The layout is perfect for our family of four (two beds / two baths), and the interior was clean, well-organized, and ready for use. Both check in and check out were a breeze. I reserved the place at 0900, and we were on-site at 1500. I figured there would be a few hiccups because of the compressed timeline, but everything was seamless. At checkout, I got a message that we didn't need to strip beds, or take out trash, or do the seemingly endless list of chores that other rentals ask for. (We tidied up anyways; I'm hoping they want me to rent again!)The view from the master bedroom is just awesome. What a way to wake up.The rooftop space is incredibly cool. We often went up with a drink to watch the sunset. Great location, just steps from shops and restaurants. Parking was super simple and available. Overall, just a great experience. Thanks for everything!

What a wonderful last-minute find this turned out to be. That six-hour turnaround from booking to arrival going off without a hitch really says something, and it sounds like the layout, the well-equipped kitchen, and that rooftop sunset spot made this the ideal fit for your family of four. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all enjoyed our stay in this condo, loved that it was floor level, and loved that we can just walk through the back to go to the beach. We had a great and relaxing stay, everything was walking distance. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need including beach chairs and towels. The beds were very comfortable. We loved being on the ground floor and being able to walk right outside. We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment of kids playing in the park right in front of us. Privacy was not an issue, the glass has a glaze so people can’t see inside. The location was great, central to everything we wanted to do. Delicious cinnamon bun shop and Aunties scuba right across the street.

Excellent for small family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location with a local flavor away from the resorts. Wonderful beach access. The condo was very nicely updated and felt modern, air conditioning worked great and being situated on the end of the building it's on gave more shade (less direct sun exposure, cooler overall) while still providing a great view. The condo owners association freaked us out with all the rules they emailed a couple days before check-in and upon arrival there are signs everywhere about not being noisy - we were worried since we were traveling with young (loud) kids, but the rules didn't seem to be strongly enforced and no one gave the kids a hard time when they played on the grass and in the pool.

Perfect Maui Getaway!This place is absolute perfection! The views are gorgeous, and having direct walkout access to Kam 1 & 2 made our beach days incredibly easy. We loved being within walking distance to a plethora of shops and great restaurants, and it’s just a quick drive to Wailea and amazing snorkeling spots.The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and features incredibly comfortable beds. They even provided plenty of beach chairs for our outings. To top it all off, catching the beautiful sunsets from the rooftop deck was the perfect way to end each day. Highly recommend!
