The Home
Welcome to Harmony Pines — 1,530 square feet of warm mountain charm tucked among the pines of Big Bear. Whether you're here for the snow, the lake, or simply to unplug, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is designed to feel like home from the moment you arrive. Waterproof wood-style flooring flows through every room, keeping things beautiful and easy underfoot no matter what you track in from the mountain.
Bedrooms
The primary suite (Bedroom 1) features a king bed, side tables, desk, smart TV, ceiling fan, and seasonal window AC. It includes a walk-in closet, a private en suite bathroom, and a sliding door that opens directly to the back deck and spa. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed, side tables, dresser, ceiling fan, and seasonal AC — plus its own sliding door to the back deck. Bedroom 3 offers a king bed, smart TV, hope chest, side table, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 is a great flex room with two twin beds and a twin trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests.
Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms keep mornings running. The en-suite (Bathroom 1) features a dual-head shower and single vanity. Bathroom 2 has a shower/tub combo and single vanity. Bathroom 3 has a shower and single vanity. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, Q-tips, and floss picks, along with hand towels, washcloths, and 8 bath and spa towels. Please bring extra towels for lake days — spa towels are for in-home use only.
Kitchen — Brand New 2026: Cook like you mean it in our beautifully renovated open-concept kitchen, fully refreshed in spring 2026. The large island seats 4 and flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas so the chef never misses a moment. Equipped with a gas stove, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and a complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishware. We also stock coffee grounds, sugar, dish soap, a fresh sponge, paper towels, and trash bags to get you started. A 12-cup drip coffee maker is ready to go.
Dining & Living: The dining table seats 4 with additional bar-top seating, all within easy sight of the kitchen. Sink into the large sofa by the electric fireplace, stream anything you love on the big smart TV, and let the mountain air do the rest.
Gaming Garage: Rainy day? No problem. The heated gaming garage is pure fun — air hockey, Pac-Man, Ninja Turtles, and a multi-game arcade unit. A crowd favorite for all ages. Please note the garage is a gaming area only; no vehicle parking inside.
Outdoor Spaces: The back deck is where the magic happens — soak in the 4-person spa under the stars, grill up a feast on the propane grill, and dine al fresco under string lights. Access through Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, or the exterior gate. The front deck features patio furniture (cushions seasonal) and a propane fire table — perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Important: no outdoor wood-burning fires are permitted in San Bernardino County. This is a city regulation that is heavily enforced. Propane only. We refill tanks weekly; if a swap is needed mid-stay, send us an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
