Beautiful Lakeside Tiny House Cabin A

Hidden Cove Park and Marina is developing a Tiny House Village for nightly/vacation rentals only, on our 700 acre wilderness park peninsula, located on the west edge of the Frisco, Tx side of Lake Lewisville. Our cabins are located 40-50 yards away from the water, with most of them having some or partial views of the water and forest. We have a ship store on premise, with boat rentals, snacks and beverages, as well as paddle board rentals and more! I Availability isn't guaranteed*


There are not many tiny house cabins that are brand new and currently available on this side of the lake. Looking for a camping experience, but want a suite style comfort? These Tiny Home Cabins are for you. Leave your TV at home, enjoy the nature, build a camp fire, roll a blanket out under the stars, wake up and watch for deer while sipping coffee on your front porch. Located only a few miles away from Downtown Frisco, the brand new Dallas Cowboys Training Facility, as well as the FC Dallas and Burn sports epicenter. Each of our vacation rentals have: a few pots and pans, coffee maker, plastic ware, paper plates, a few utensils, fresh towels for all our guests, shampoo, conditioner hand and dish soap, for everything else we have a convenience store on property called Sam's Dock.

We have a 24 hour guard at the front gate entrance that has a reservations list and access to keys for guests, along with a site map and directions to the cabin.
We would like to have at least a 3 hour notice if guests are going to be checking in after 8pm mon-thur or after 10pm on weekends. If you need more info, have maintenance or cleaning requests, please call our main line.

We have Suntex on property that will rent you a ski/wakeboarding/surf boat, party boat, pontoon boat, and jet ski's. Suntex is open 8am-8pm 7 days a week until fall. We also have a restaurant called Shady's that serves burgers, milkshakes, and beers.

The outdoor pavilion doesn't have electricity.

Also note: Security Deposit of $350 will be charged upon arrival as this is our typical standard practice. The security deposit will be $500 for long term stays. You will be charged more for any excess damage to the property.

Security Deposit & Incidentals Policy:
A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in to cover potential damages, missing items, or incidentals. This deposit is processed securely at our front desk and will be released in full upon checkout, provided no damage or loss occurs. Please note that this deposit is separate from your VRBO payment and is handled in accordance with standard hotel practices. All guests must present a valid ID and credit card matching their reservation name at check-in.

Long term bookings will require a background check for any guest over 18.


Early check-ins and Late Check-outs are allowed if available.
- 2 hours early/late: $25
- 3 hours early/late: $35

- Absolutely No Smoking in our tiny house cabins, if you smoke outside put your cigarette butts in a metal can, if you bbq please be responsible with flames and matches, and whether their is a park burn ban or not.
- All indoor furniture and items must remain inside. All outdoor furniture must remain outside.
- Pets are welcome but Not on or in any of our furniture, not on or in our beds, comforters, or Duvets. If pet hair is found on or in any of our beds or couches we will charge you $50 per comforter or Duvet for dry cleaning out of your deposit. Failure to notify about pets will incur an additional $15.
