- Security Deposit: THB 8000 cash at check-in (or equivalent in other currency). Returned at check-out, minus electricity charges.
- Electricity: A flat rate of THB 150 per day, deducted from the security deposit.
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Passport requirement: A copy of each guest's passport is required at check-in for registration with Thai authorities.
