The Space:

Welcome to Arbor Loft, a stunning 1-bedroom loft condo located in the heart of West Village. The residence, located in a prewar condominium building, features soaring 14-ft ceilings, hardwood floors and ample storage space, offering both comfort and style. The spacious double-height living and dining room are filled in natural light from oversized south-facing windows, complementing the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a sizable closet and is connected to the living area by a custom wood staircase. For added convenience, this residence includes an in-unit Bosch washer/dryer. Located in one of the historic and charming neighborhoods with a ton of nearby shops and restaurants, this lovely loft makes an ideal urban getaway in the middle of the city.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

The West Village draws fashionable crowds to its designer boutiques and trendy restaurants. Quaint streets, some still cobblestoned, are lined with Federal-style townhouses and dotted with public squares. Notable venues include the Village Vanguard jazz club and the Stonewall Inn bar, site of the 1969 riots that launched the gay rights movement. The historically arty area also has piano bars, cabarets and theaters.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
