- Assume check-in will be at 3 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your arrival needs to be earlier consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out:
- As with your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your departure needs to be later in the day consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Is this a shared home?
- This is a single family home with a split entryway and both units are rented as short-term rentals. All the units are private and have their own entrance. They will not have access to your space and you will not have access their space. The laundry room at the foot of the stairs is the only shared amenity.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!
