We were fortunate enough to stay at Southside Speakeasy while attending the International Bluegrass Music Association convention. The space accommodated the band perfectly. The space was so beautifully decorated that our record label recorded 2 music videos and 1 social media short while there. The host was very accommodating and was always available for questions. Responsiveness was exceptional. We will stay again and recommend to all our friends.

A great place to stay. Very comfortable, well maintained, great spaces overall, well decorated. I wish I had done better with paying attention to exact location as I had hoped for more walkability to downtown. Also, I wish I had looked more at the bathroom situation at the home (didn’t realize there wasn’t a bathroom on top floor).

My two friends and I just stayed at Jared's place for our annual Girls' Weekend and it was amazing! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all of the amenities, and the rooftop deck was the perfect place to chill at the end of the day. The location was fantastic too. Downtown is within walking distance if you're used to walking, or there is a free shuttle that you can take downtown that runs every 30 minutes that picks up just down the street. There is a brewery right next door with a great beer selection and a cool outdoor area. The only "negative" which is mentioned in other reviews and which Jared clearly states in the description, is that because the unit is located in an industrial area, there can be loud trucks making noise in the wee hours that will wake you up if you're not a deep sleeper or don't use earplugs. But again, we were forewarned and we got back to sleep so it wasn't the end of the world. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Chattanooga.

Wonderful stay in a well equipped and stocked residence. Warm and comfortable.My only suggestion is to better describe how not to mistakenly go to the wrong unit 109, which we did, and which was close to the landmark used to guide us. That revision will help future occupants get to the right unit, especially at night. Thanks.

This property and host were amazing! The listing was very accurate, and all the amenities were tip top! The location was ideal for our yearly boy's trip. We were in close proximity to everything we wanted to do and had a blast exploring/walking to nearby restaurants and other establishments. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in Chattanooga.

While 4 floors was great for keeping two families in private sleeping areas - be sure to remember all the stairs that go with 4 floors! A fun place, great for kids and active adults, but hard on anyone with knee issues or difficulty breathing. Otherwise - great place!!!

I want to rate this and the host 5 stars in general, but for me personally, I am rating it a 4.5. The host was amazing, very responsive (even with a slight air conditioning issue - he had someone out to deal with it within hours and fixed it), he answered all my questions before our trip quickly, the location was great, and the house was beautifully decorated, well stocked with essentials and very clean. My only issue personally was the layout of the house which isn't clearly illustrated online. So for our family and the family that joined us, it was a bit of an unfortunate circumstance. For ex, we had planned for the 2 adult couples to stay in the rooms with the king size beds, however, one of the king size beds is all the way on the top floor with no bathroom on that floor, and the bedroom with a queen size bed was all the way downstairs (which had its own on suite bathroom). From the pictures, we planned for the girls (age 7) to sleep in the room with the queen size bed, however after getting there and realizing that it was on the very bottom level right next to the front door and garage, we had to reorganize the sleeping arrangements. This led to an adult couple sleeping in a queen size bed instead of a king which wasn't preferred. Again, personal preference. Just writing this to give other families with similar situations a heads up. The house and our experience otherwise was amazing. Would stay here again with a different group of people for sure!

The unit was just as advertised. Very clean and appointed. Enjoyed the proximity to “town” with bar/restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Only 15-20 minute walk away. Really good access to the interstate as well.

The house was beautiful! It was clean, stocked with everything you might need (including sounds machines for the bedrooms ), and it was a great location! I had a few questions and the host responded with help very quickly! It was the perfect stay for a group of 6 girls for my 40th birthday!!
