Place was a 10/10. Great location the pool and hot tub were amazing for when you just wanted to stay at the home. Very clean and loved the way the house was decorated. The home had everything you need pots and pans, coffee maker and keurig, towels. I loved how you can see the beach and sunrise from the front decks. Also loved the elevator very helpful !

We had a wonderful stay. Very short walk to the beach with beach views from the balconies. The house is well stocked with baby gates, beach wagons, beach chairs, Tupperware, kitchen appliances, etc. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool after a morning on the beach.We plan to be back!

Fabulous stay! Great location with easy walkable access to the beach. Great rooms and comfortable furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen. Very relaxing private pool. Very helpful and timely communication from the host. Our family had a wonderful stay. We did have 2 smaller children - and needed to trying activities special for them

This home has all you could possibly need for a stay at Carolina Beach. Well-equiped and beautifully decorated.Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. Easy access to beach. Our stay (8 adults, 5 kids) was pretty nice. Great location, easy walk to the beach and the private pool was a huge win with the kids! There were just a couple of maintenance issues (grill needed cleaning, tub in primary suite slated to be repaired) and what I thought were missing items (stock pot for sauces, countertop spray). I must say Melissa was super responsive and promised to address these minor issues. A big bonus were the decks off most of the rooms and we were able to see the fireworks from our unit! It was our first visit to the area, but pretty sure it won't be our last :)

Our stay at 3 Kings was such fun. Beautiful house. Everything you need is there. The pool was the highlight for the kids. Walkway to beach a couple houses down. Short distance to the boardwalk. Melissa was a great host.

What a view! The house was great in every way but especially the view. You could see the ocean from all three balconies on the front of the house. Fortunately the house in front of this house is only one story so the views from this house are fantastic. It was like being oceanfront. Layout of the house was great for our extended family. There were a total of nine of us aged 23 to 74. Everyone enjoyed the house. The elevator is a great touch for older folks like the one that was in our party. There were so many nice touches from essentials in the bathrooms to extras in the kitchen. Everyone in our family agreed we would definitely stay there again.

Our host was very welcoming. Melissa was quick to respond if we had any questions. The views were great from the balconies. We were able to see the beach/ocean, which was just across the street. The rental was spacious, with plenty of room for the eight of us, and our dog. This was a great place for our family holiday get together. Highly recommend.

We were blown away by our stay here. Kitchen stocked with snacks and all the seasonings you could want. So close to the beach and lots of toys/chairs for beach time. The pool and hot tub were an amazing addition. Will be back for sure

Great time at this beautiful house for our family New Year’s trip. Nice decor and very comfortable for our large group. There were 3 king, 1 queen, and a set of full over full bunk beds which is hard to find. The elevator made it very easy to traverse the 4 levels with ease as we had our elderly parents with us. The hot tub is an added perk for those cold winter nights. We also rented the 4 seater golf cart which made exploring Carolina Beach fun. Communication with Melissa was excellent. I would certainly recommend for a wonderful beach stay!

We traveled so that my daughter could visit nearby UNC Wilmington. The host was incredibly communicative and very welcoming from the moment we booked. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. It was an awesome stay. The location is excellent. It’s very close to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk area. The beach is two doors down. The home itself was very comfortable. The beds are great. There are so many porches that you can be outdoors anytime of year. The house itself is very well appointed with high-end appliances and amenities. We loved this stay and we look forward to coming back during warmer weather.

Everything you want and more!

This beautiful vacation property exceeded our expectations! Melissa’s communication was excellent and made check-in and check-out easy. The townhouse was not only beautiful (like something seen on HGTV) but it was also well-equipped (from snacks and coffee to razors and toothbrushes.) The location was perfect with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the well furnished decks. My friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

More than Expected

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed all the amenities this place had to offer. The hot tub is very spacious, the fireplace was gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable and all of the extras such as shampoo, body wash, tooth brushes , a nice bag of coffee and all of the snacks provided were a very thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again. The host, Melissa is always quick to respond if you have a need or question. You won’t be disappointed.

After 51 at the same vacation spot, we decided to try out this property. It did NOT disappoint! With elderly parents, parents in their mid-fifties, late teens and younger kids, there was something for everyone. Seamless communication began at the time of booking, and response for questions was within minutes. Before arrival, very clear check-in instructions were provided. Elevator provided ease for bringing up people with accessibility needs and belongings/food as well. Well-stocked kitchen provided a small welcome basket, and coffee was welcome for caffeine fix. Shopping was incredibly close, and highly recommend renting the golf cart for ease of getting around in the area. Restaurants are either within walking distance, golf cart driving or general driving. Food delivery also available, and quite quick. We do a lot of cooking, and it was very easy and basic amenities provided (we have stayed at similar places/similar prices that did not provide even the most basic items). The floors and balconies provided privacy for everyone, the pool was well-enjoyed and the hot tub, too! Beach is just across the street, and the views are incredible from any floor. On Thursday nights, it was amazing to watch the fireworks from any floor or just walk to the beach to enjoy. It was an incredible stay, and I mean it when we say we cannot wait to go back. Incredibly relaxing and fun for all!

Home was beautiful but had roaches. I sent a picture. The golf cart only worked half the time. Very unfortunate so we left Friday. I was hoping to hear back from the owner about the roaches and another day refund on the golf cart but have heard nothing except they were checking into it.
