A recent renovation has converted the home into a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom paradise, a Villa of the highest quality, where you and your family can experience peace and tranquility during your stay.

Being the very last house on the south-most end of Jaco Beach, offering the most exclusive and private location available in Jaco, with a view across the bay that is simply stunning. The house is so close to the ocean, that at high tide, the waves crash against the reinforced seawall and sprays the patio with salty sea-foam! You cannot be closer to the ocean, than Joya del Pacifico.

With approximately 5500 square feet of covered space, including patios, dining areas, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a full indoor gym, Joya del Pacifico is like a small hotel for you and your family or group to stay at. We are able to provide 24-hour concierge service, including airport pickup and dropoff, rental car assistance, personal chef, cleanings, tours such as horseback, zip-line and canopy excursions, and a truly wonderul “Puravida” experience. You can even order room service to the Villa, from Club del Mar, a local hotel with a wonderful menu, located just a few hundred hards away from the property.

Because of its private and exclusive location, Joya del Pacifico boasts unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean – but instead of looking out to sea, at the horizon, the property has amazing views across the bay of Jaco, as well as out toward the Nicoya Peninsula. En-suite private gym allows you to work out in the comfort of your master suite! With a treadmill, stair master, and weight set, there is no reason to miss a workout at Joya del Pacifico!
