The space
Our Colorful Fun-Filled condo has everything you could imagine. Two full bedrooms with the Master bedroom having 1 king bed, the Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed, and the living room has a full sized sofa sleeper.

The updated kitchen features all newer stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, fully stocked with dishes, spices, pots & pans etc. Even the kiddos have their own dining ware.

Both bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner & refreshing body wash. Wall mounted blow dryers are new and both bathroom have been recently remodeled.

We have a new Maytag Commercial washer & dryer and a new HVAC with Nest thermostat.

Enjoy 2 full size decks. Whether you want to sit and relax on the front or back deck, they are full sized and ready for you to relax.

The amenities are endless at Notch Estates and our location is SUPREME! We are just 5 minutes to SDC and 10 minutes to the ever so popular Table Rock Lake.
