Amazing stay

Amazing balcony views! Room was nice, clean and quiet. Guest services were amazing and is the best bet if you want to be very close to the strip without being in a gaming hotel. Enclosed walkway from our room in to the MGM casino took maybe 6 minutes. Definitely will be staying here again!!

I always enjoy the MGM Signature Suites. The rooms are fairly homogenous and the difference from suite to suite depends on cleanliness, amenities and functioning appliances. This unit is well worn, from the carpet, to the appliances, to the threadbare towels.

It was a nice short getaway. Very refreshing to not have to deal with all the noise, lights and busyness of the casino, although casino adjacent. I did not fully understand all of the deposits and charges, and how it worked differently from being inside the hotel directly, but it was a great stay overall.

Location and valet parking was excellent! AC was great in the room and the bed was super comfortable! Overall the room was clean and well organized however carpet needs a deep clean, freezer was completely frozen up and really needs defrosting, few light bulbs were out, dvd player didn’t work, kitchen silverware was missing several utensils, kitchen sink handle fell off but just needs a set screw put in it, (not the owners fault) but the pool closed early every day we were there, the microwave turntable doesn’t work, the balcony needs a table, also it really needs a deep cleaning and a little tlc!

The location is actually good value for money. You have a great view of the strip and are very high up. If you booked with the hotel directly. When I first arrived the hotel smelled like straight smoke which put me off plenty because I don’t smoke or drink. Very easy to get to, area is very walkable and the team is communicative. It is a bit annoying having to do the registration forms after paying for the room. You don’t have to do that if you book with a regular hotel. Overall I would say it’s definitely worth the money, just a few things that took the shine off so I couldn’t give 5 stars.
