Dette er en ny villa på en privat bolig med fælles pool (åben fra midten af juni til midten af september), i udkanten af den dejlige badeby, Portiragnes Plage, lige ved siden af det spektakulære UNESCO verdensarvsted, Canal du Midi. Bare en kort gåtur til den herlige strand ved Portiragnes Plage.

Udvej ligger 5 minutters kørsel fra Béziers lufthavn, 30 minutters kørsel fra Montpellier lufthavn og 40 minutters kørsel fra Carcassonne lufthavn. Flyv Ryanair fra Bristol eller London-Luton til Beziers, fra Leeds, East Midlands eller London-Stansted til Carcassonne eller fra Leeds til Montpellier.

Det er et ideelt sted at besøge de mange attraktioner eller bare nyde solen.

Family holiday Portiragnes

Pleasant, well equipped property on the popular Clos du Socorro development. Some shade in patio area, very welcome during our stay. Communication with Ber was easy and helpful. Check in no problem.

Die Unterkunft entsprach in vollem Umfang der auf der Website veröffentlichten Beschreibung sowie den dort gemachten Angaben. Es hat uns super gefallen! In der Anzeige wurden fälschlicher Weise drei Schlafzimmer aufgeführt - dies wurde dann jedoch gleich kommuniziert. Der Pool war bzw ist sehr regelbehaftet und lieblos. Da nicht immet ein Bademeister vor Ort ist, konnten sich dann doch noch einige spaßigen Momente entwickeln

Mijn verblijf was naar wens , alles was aanwezig behalve een airco, wat wel wenselijk was bij de hitte van dit jaar.er waren wel twee ventilators die hun werk goed gedaan hebben.

Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung in einer sympathischen Residenz

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer sympathischen, abgeschlossenen Residenz mit Gemeinschaftspool, man kann in 10 Minuten an einem Naturschutzgebiet zum Strand laufen. In der Hochsaison gibt es abends im benachbarten Campingplatz Animation mit Musik, ansonsten ist es ruhig. Die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten, für Familien mit Kindern, z.B. diverse Freizeitparks / Aquaparks, Kletterwald usw. Menschen die die Natur mögen, und Städte wie Beziers, Montpellier, Narbonne, Agde und sogar Nimes und Avignon sind für Tagestouren noch erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse liegt nach Norden und bietet sowohl Schatten˛ als auch Sonne. Man kann auch grillen. Man findet in der Küche alles, was man braucht, auch ein paar Vorräte, einige Gewürze, Essig+Öl, Spülmaschinen- und Waschmaschinentabs, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Mikrowelle mit Grill, allerdings kein Backofen. Ventilatoren, Minibügelbrett+Eisen, Haartrockner, sind vorhanden. Es gab leider im August 2023 kein WiFi, da der Provider den Dienst außer Betrieb genommen hatte. Wir haben uns mit 4G (über den Provider Orange) beholfen.

Emplacement idéal

Proche de toutes les commodités et de la mer, l'emplacement est ideal. La piscine a également été très appréciée. Appartement fonctionnel, communication au top avec le propriétaire. Seul petit bémol, les locataires précédents qui n'ont pas dû faire le ménage...

Maison propre fonctionelle et à proximité des plages !

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour Le clos socorro oû est située la maison est très calme On apprécie la piscine pour les enfants dans la résidence . Très bon séjour nous reviendrons dans la région ! Facilité de communication avec le propriétaire très simple pour les formalités d arrivee !

Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger und strandnaher Lage

Freundlich eingerichtetes Häuschen mit großzügiger Terrasse in ruhiger Privatanlage, nur 10 Minuten zum Strand, angrenzend ein schönes Naturschutzgebiet, besondere Vogelstimmen sind zu hören, Spül- und Waschmaschine erleichtern die Ferien, Vermieter ist zwar im Ausland aber sehr präsent, freundlich und bemüht. Bei uns ging der Beuler kaputt, wurde dann aber schnellstmöglich repariert. Grillmöglichkeit und Pool haben die Ferien verschönert. Viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten, Wunderschöne Märkte und Städte in der Umgebung. Wir hätten Lust wiederzukommen!

Très bel endroit

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour : la résidence est sécurisée et possède une piscine sympa, le tout idéalement située à 500 m de la plage et non-loin des commerces. La maison possède une pièce de vie agréable, 2 chambres, une salle d'eau et 2 wc. Il y a un extérieur avec des transats, un barbecue et un salon de jardin. Juste un bémol sur l'équipement de cuisine car il n'y a pas beaucoup de casseroles et poëles, et les plaques de cuisson sont électriques. Mais ce n'est pas grave, le tout reste parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances ! Merci pour tout à la propriétaire.

Lovely place to stay with a family

I booked Eva's place for 2 adults and 4 kids (2 boys of 8 years old and 2 girls of 6) for 10 days, last august. We went down there with the TGV and a taxi took us to the place : easy. We had all the space we needed inside, with a terrace where we were having every meal, BBQs as well. And the kids had a minimum of space outdside the house to play. The beah was at a walking distance. We had the swimming pool in the residence. There were a few families and kids were having lots of fun with the other families' kids. The residence was safe as the kids could not go out without the gates codes. We were not far from the center of town where we were doing our shopping. Eva was always in touch with us to help. This is definetly a place where I would go back.

Fantastic Location

We have been the third time in this house. It was allways a pleasure. The house is very clean, their are towels and bedlinen available. The hole area is very quiet, near to the beach and the nature resort. This year you can buy Baguette directly by the pool. Ber is very nice and answer very fast. We will come again next year. Relaxing in the sun

The booking process made ever so simple by the wonderful manner of the owner. The villa very clean and furnished for all our needs, the patio offering all-day shade, and the terrace offering full sunshine surrounded by beautiful flowers. The shared pool was a delight to our children who made friends there early in the holiday. The village also has everything needed to hand, tourist information, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a lovely market on a Friday morning. The beach is in walking distance, but we mainly drove and parked on the free car park, loaded with picnic hamper, inflatables and sun-umbrella, the sea breeze a welcome in the hot sunshine. This holiday was perfect to unwind, relax and recharge batteries, and we're looking forward to going back next year!!

Family holiday

We found this property to be in a quiet and peaceful location. It is small and simply furnished, but spotlessly clean and bright and with all the essentials you would need. The patio has a terraced dining area which provided all day shade, and a sunbathing area (only three sun loungers so be prepared to share if there are four of you!). The pool on the complex is near the house and well kept but fairly small so did get quite busy at times. We tended to go to the beach which is attractive, clean and has a nice family atmosphere with regular life gaurd patrols, sailing school and beach bars etc. We did find it a quite a long walk from the house however, especially with young children and lots of things to carry. Much easier to drive and park at the beach as parking there was plentiful and free. There is a great deal to see and do in the local area and supermarkets were easy to find. Village square selling bread etc and with good restauarants and bars is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The owner is very helpful, efficient and organised which was much appreciated.

The perfect place to unwind!

We spent a most relaxing fortnight in this house, in July 2011 and a further week there, in September 2011. The house is very clean, simply but tastefully decorated, uncluttered and well-equipped with a dish-washer, washing machine, iron etc. It is very comfortable with a spacious living area and large, sunny terrace (which also has a shaded area, for those who prefer shade) with BBQ. After a relaxing day at the beautiful, sandy beach, which has plenty of room and never becomes too crowded, we enjoyed a quick dip in the pool, and looked forward to a chilled glass (or two!) of Picpoul Blanc on the cool terrace, while contemplating dinner. We barbecued a lot but also tried some of the local restaurants, which were very satisfactory. The villa is in a lovely, calm location, just a quick stroll to the shops, bars and restaurants. It is very close to the enticing beach (less than 10mins), canal du midi and nature reserve, both of which are ideal for walking/cycling. The complex is very secure, with a coded pedestrian gate and a remote-controlled vehicle entrance. A car is useful, in order to travel hassle-free from the airport, but, having arrived, it is quite feasible to enjoy a relaxing holiday without using the car at all, because of the villa’s location in the village. On our second visit to the area, we spent quite a bit of time sight-seeing, and the car was a necessity. The booking process was very uncomplicated and efficient. The owner was helpful, easily accessible and answered emails very promptly. Overall, we loved the house and had a most enjoyable holiday in this lovely place. Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Nature lovers, Walking/Cycling enthusiasts.

Lovely Family Resort

Portiragnes Plage is a lovely, pleasant village on the Med near Béziers. The villa is in a great location, just a quick stroll to the beautiful, sandy beach and to the shops, bars and restaurants. The booking process was very easy and efficent. On arrival, we were pleased to see how safe and secure the villa was. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, although we ate out most nights.. Lovely Family Resort

Portiragnes Plage is a lovely, pleasant village on the Med near Béziers. The villa is in a great location, just a quick stroll to the beautiful, sandy beach and to the shops, bars and restaurants. The booking process very easy and efficent. On arrival, we were pleased to see how safe and secure the villa was. The villa was very clean and well equipped, although we ate out most nights.. Super Relaxing

Lovely Family Resort

A lovely villa. It was spacious, uncluttered and very clean. The sunny patio provided a lovely relaxing area in which to sunbathe or to enjoy a cool glass of wine, before dinner in one of the many restaurants in the nearby village. There were plenty of shops and bars within walking distance. The extensive, sandy beach, where we spent most mornings, was just a short walk from the house. The children enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The booking process was easy and well-organised. Overall, we had a very relaxing and pleasant stay and I would love to return.

very good

The place was perfectly clean and tidy, the owner was very helpful and answered my emails promptly. The beach was lovely and is also within walking distance of the canal midi. Only one downside was some noisy neighbours hopefully they would not return
