Pænt dekoreret to soveværelser, to bad villa i Wild Dunes. Det har udsigt over den komplekse pool og tilbyder smuk udsigt over havet! Villaen har et fuldt udstyret køkken, herunder en opvaskemaskine, med skarpt hvidt skab og bordplader. I stuen er der komfortabelt indrettet med en sovesofa, et HDTV med en Blu-ray-afspiller og adgang til den private balkon. Gæstesoveværelset har to enkeltsenge med nyt sengetøj, nyt trægulv, et fladskærms-tv med dvd-afspiller og deler et komplet bad med hallen. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize seng med nyt sengetøj, et fladskærms-tv med en video / dvd-afspiller, adgang til den private balkon og har et privat komplet bad med to håndvaske og et brusebad. Great Views of the Ocean and Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our 7 day stay at Shipwatch. Our unit overlooked the spacious pool and beach/ocean beyond. Two spacious bedrooms, the master had terrace access, a large kitchen/dining/living room combo and 2 well sized bathrooms. Under unit parking and an elevator to bring our things up was very convenient. I would have given them 5 stars but they had no beach chairs, towels, etc. and the kitchen was not equipped with basic seasonings for cooking in the unit. Other than that, it was a great place to relax and enjoy golf and the beach.

The pool needed cleaning badly and the pool deck needed sweeping. There was a person at the pool assuring that only people staying there were at the pool, but it actually hurt to walk on the pool deck there was so much debris dropped from the trees nearby. There was a glass shard in my daughters bed. Our ocean view was of bulldozers and workers piping in sand to extend the beach. We couldn't hear the ocean at all over the heavy machinery and the incessant beeping of the dozers backing up. This work went on through the night, so we had the pleasure of listening to the work at night as well.

Air conditioner worked! Clean, room better than expected, location great, pool and beach very nice. Would stay again. Only complaint, dishwasher didnt clean dishes and master bed was very, very uncomfortable.

The accommodations had everything we needed. Thank you. The one issue we had was the tv and the internet. We had to reboot the internet several times during the day.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the property checks all the boxes. Furniture is rental worn but still functional. Floor coverings are ready for replacement. Coffee pot filters should be triangular, not the common round ones.Beds are comfortable.Shipwatch is oceanfront so all other things are relative.

There was an issue in the master bedroom with the cleanliness/water, and the door did not close properly. The sink in the kitchen was clogged and I had to fix it. The view and neighborhood was amazing. Some of the furniture was dirty.

Comfortable Condo; Frustrating TV/WIFI connections

But we had repeated problems with the TV and its WIFI connection even after a maintenance worker had visited to (temporarily) correct the malfunction. "No connection" was a message we saw on the TV screen regularly, an especially irritating problem during the Winter Olympics!

It was comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and in working order. We would stay there again.

Family Beach Trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of 3 rooms for a family vacation. The proximity to the beach was great and while we wouldn’t recommend this room the other rooms rented were much better. The stove elements worked inconsistently, the microwave door was hard to open, the sink faucet handle was broken, and the showers needed to be cleaned by scrubbing.

Nice but a couple of hiccups

Property was beautiful- and we had a wonderful time; however, condo internet was not good and coffee pots were not cleaned. We chose to go purchase our own coffee pot.

Great Stay at Shipwatch C 316!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shipwatch C 316 was a great condo. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was very clean and well equipped for cooking. Plenty of family friendly tv channels and a great view of the ocean! There was plenty of parking, and it was very convenient to the elevators. The master shower is very large and there is plenty of counter space. We hope to rent this again next year.

Island Realty and Hurricane Florence

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to evacuate for Hurricane Florence and we were heartbroken about leaving in the middle of our long awaited vacation. When we arrived, Island Realty said they will keep us posted about the hurricane and they did both frequently by email and phone. With the hurricane approaching, they were great about answering the phone and our questions. Island Realty could not have been more helpful or compassionate about helping us after the hurricane with a partial refund. I will always go to Island Realty directly for my beach rental!!! They have wonderful, friendly employees and I love supporting a locally owned company. Thank you Island Realty for handling the Mandatory Evacuation so well.

Restful Autumn Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never stayed at Isle of Palms before and did not know what to expect. (Hurricane Helene washed out the normal route between Tennessee and North Carolina, which made our travel interesting.) However, we couldn't have been more pleased with our condo, with Wild Dunes, and with IOP. Our only issue is with conflicting expectations for checkout. We received numerous messages, and the info in the check-in packet was very clear, but the list posted in the condo was different, and the last message had info that wasn't in the others (re: bed linens). I don't think it was a big deal, but all communication should match. We had left for home the evening prior to our checkout day and didn't receive the last message until we were already 2 hours way to fix it at that point. Other than this, we had a fantastic trip.

WiFi is poor quality, but nice condo

We couldn't get the wifi to work on any of our streaming services for more than 10 minutes before we were bumped off. We tried everything to get a stronger signal, including taking all of our mobile devices off the wifi, rebooting the Roku remotes/sticks and then rebooting the wifi system. None of the TVs would pick up and hodl the signal. There are no hairdryers in any bathrooms. Renters should know that the washer/dryer are mini-size, not full-size. The lock on the living room slider door to the balcony keeps locking. Maintenance fixed it once but it locked up again. Overall, the condo is nice and in a great location.
