Cozy, quiet 1-bedroom apartment in delightful Manitou Beach.

Step into summer memories ready to be made on the lake! We are located on Round Lake in the Irish Hills of south central Michigan. This spring fed lake provides us with beautiful sunsets, evenings at the bonfire on the shore with complimentary s’mores and firewood. Sit on our 3 person wooden swing as you gaze at the fire, enjoying the gooey chocolate treat and warm conversations. Relax as you watch the swans and geese floating slowly across the lake as the sun sets. For rainy days, we provide a game room with a ping pong table, board games, Roku TV and a place to gather and relax below the apartment. The swingset next to the treehouse is perched perfectly on the top of the hill overlooking the beautiful lake as the kids swing. For water fun, we offer complimentary one and two person kayaks for exploring.
Back at the apartment, you will stay separately from the owners. The apartment is above our game room which is an extension off of the garage. As you ascend up the stairs, you come to the entrance of the apartment. The first space you enter is the living area where a futon (queen), and a chair reside overlooking our garden and the woods in the back of the property. The next space is a full galley kitchen with a full size refrigerator, oven and range. Coffee and tea are provided. As you walk toward the front (lakeside) of the property, you will encounter a queen size bed, a Roku TV, and a dormer window with a built in desk. The window at the west side of the property affords a view of the lake, treehouse and swingset. The full bath follows the galley kitchen and the main queen bed is adjacent to the bathroom.
