Escape to this charming ground-floor condo, ideally located just steps from the heart of Beaver Creek Village. This inviting winter retreat features a spacious and comfortable bedroom, and a private patio where you can take in the peaceful sounds of the nearby creek, even as snow gently falls around you.
Enjoy easy access to ski lifts, ice skating, après-ski dining, and winter trails, all just a short walk from your door. Whether you're here to hit the slopes or unwind fireside after a day in the snow, this cozy condo offers the perfect blend of mountain charm and convenience.
Guests will check in at the front desk after 4 PM. You can park in the temporary parking outside the entrance while you retrieve your room key. Parking is located outside the front lobby.

-Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
-No pets are allowed.
-Coffee pods are not included.
-After 5pm you will need a room key to access the building.
-No mid-week housekeeping/linen services available unless previously approved by the owner.
-Please remove ski boots prior to entering the unit & lobby to avoid damaging flooring.
-Pool/spa/restaurant hours may vary depending on the season. Please reach out for front desk information to verify if they will be open during your stay.
