Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the complex and the pool, and we appreciate your recognition of our prompt response in replacing the stove. We’re sorry to hear the carpet and mattresses didn’t meet your expectations—your comments have been noted for future improvements. Regarding the neighboring unit, we regret any disturbance caused and will be sure to share this with the property management to help maintain a more comfortable environment for all guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future under improved circumstances.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely appreciate your insights and are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the bathrooms, towel hooks, TV remotes, and amenities have been noted, and we will address these issues to enhance the guest experience. We also apologize for any confusion caused by our emails and will work on streamlining our communication. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we hope to welcome you back with an even better experience in the future.

Jenica, Thank you for allowing us accommodate your stay in Naples. You were great guests. You respected all house rules and left the place clean. You are always welcome back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your comments and are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and service, as well as the prompt resolution of your maintenance request. Regarding the parking passes, they are currently not required in the community, which was communicated when inquired about. As for the pool key cards, they can be easily activated at the front desk of Green Links, but unfortunately, we were not informed of the issue during your stay, so we were unable to assist you at the time. For towels, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Additionally, extra towels can be requested through your guest portal as an additional service. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience.

For a better vacation value, try to avoid a stay during SUPER PEAK SEASON. For the best rates in Naples, FL, visit us anytime between Easter and Christmas for substantial savings. Rates are determined by supply and demand. We don't bar soap but we do provide liquid soap at every bathroom and kitchen sink. All AC systems can freeze up when you lower the temperature to fast - it's basic science. We will check out the pocket door between master bathroom and bedroom to see if it can be repaired. We will also inspect the mattress.

We are sorry there was some confusion. In our 12 years of managing vacation rentals we have never had a double booking. When you are speaking of the original placed you rented, I believe you are referring to something booked with a totally different party. The descriptions and pictures are depicted accurately on our website and HomeAway. These days there are many choices in vacation rentals. Perhaps this guest was confusing our listing with the listing of another person.

Actually check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 10am. there is no key card. Instead there is a combo keypad where each guest enters a unique code good from 3pm on the day of check-in to 10am on the day of check-out. Our office is open 7 days per week should guests have any trouble finding their rental or accessing the property. There is a directional sign sending you into Greenlinks. Occassionally people miss it and try entering by the Signature Club which also has their entrance off the same traffic circle. Next time you come it will be easier to find. The pool also underwent a terrific rennovation recently.

Overall we are glad you enjoyed your stay. You visited during one of the busiest times of the year. To get parking at the beach you have to go early or go late in the afternoon. Or better yet, come back after Easter when it is generally less crowded. The good news is that Naples can be enjoyed many times of the year other than the peak months where everyone and their brother is looking for a break from the cold winter weather.

Thanks for staying with us and thanks for the 5-star review.
