Our chalet is nestled in the picturesque canton Valais of Switzerland, just a 20-minute drive from the historic town of Sion. Sion, renowned as one of the most significant prehistoric sites in Europe, offers a delightful blend of history and modern amenities. Explore its vibrant restaurants, intriguing museums, and numerous surrounding wineries that promise a rich culinary and cultural experience.

Our chalet is ideally located for those who appreciate both tranquility and accessibility. A two-hour drive will take you to Geneva, while Milan is a mere two-and-a-half to three-hour drive away. Thanks to Switzerland's well-developed train system, both cities are even more conveniently accessible by rail.

The chalet is situated in the serene village of Haute Nendaz, part of the famed Four Valleys ski region. This extensive area includes the connected valleys of Nendaz, Verbier, Thyon, and Veysonnaz, offering a remarkable 417 kilometers (260 miles) of ski slopes. The ski lifts operate throughout summer and fall, making it perfect for scenic walks and outdoor adventures year-round.

In Nendaz, you'll find a luxurious spa and a variety of quaint restaurants that enhance its family-friendly charm. The village is an ideal spot for peaceful strolls, berry picking, and soaking in the serene beauty of the Swiss landscape. With mild summer temperatures, it's a perfect escape from the heat, providing absolute tranquility and stunning sunshine.

Space distribution:
Top floor: A large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath + shower)

Middle floor: Open plan kitchen and vast living room with cathedral ceiling and bay windows, wood-burning norwegian stove, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a shower cabin, outdoor terrace with jacuzzi.

Lower floor: Two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, two bathrooms (one with a shower cabin, the second one with a bathtub), spacious cinema room, ski room, laundry room with washer and dryer.

When there is sufficient snow coverage you have the opportunity to ski directly from the doorstep. The slopes are 500 yards away. Ski-in is possible for intermediate and advanced skiers. On a good powder day it becomes the highlight run of the day.

NB: A 4x4 vehicle and winter tires are required to get to the chalet in the winter. Chains are helpful during big snowstorms.

Please note that noisy parties and groups of young people are not allowed in our chalet. We thank you for observing this rule and respecting the tranquility of this residential neighbourhood.
