🚗 PARKING & ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire vacation home, private yard, and designated on-site parking. Guest parking is located near the back of the property by the fence and garage. Additional street parking is also available.

The detached garage is currently used for storage and is not accessible to guests.

📅 MID-TERM STAYS — 28+ DAYS

For stays of 28 days or longer, all guests must complete the following before check-in:

• 📌 Background check: $50 per person
• 📌 Signed lease agreement required
• 📌 Host approval based on required screening
• 📌 Starter supplies are provided for the beginning of the stay only

Starter supplies may include coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials. Additional supplies needed throughout a longer stay are the guest`s responsibility.

1. No parties or large gatherings.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We use Minut to enhance guest experience
3. Pets are allowed but there is an additional fee to for $85
4. Be respectful of neighbors and follow all local laws and ordinances.
5. A maximum number of individuals listed on your form, regardless of age, may occupy or be present at the property at any given time. You will be fined $100 for any unauthorized guest.
6. No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
7. All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
8. Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
9. Smoking or vaping indoors is not permitted. For outdoor smoking, guests must dispose of waste properly in designated receptacles.
