Guest have private access to entire home EXCEPT the garage (used for storage).
4 cars max, 2 spaces in entry driveway and 2 street parking in front of home.
Other things to note
Pool and Jacuzzi is NOT heated. BBQ Grill and Fire pit is propane gas.

SMOKING: This is a No smoking property on lot inside or out-this includes marijuana.

The landscaping and pool are serviced weekly.

NOTE: IF YOU WANT A 28 DAY RENTAL OR MORE, AN ADDITIONAL CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED.

ALL guests (even daytime guests) must be declared and included in the reservation. Events involving guests in excess of reservation calls for immediate cancellation and no refund.

All outside noise must be brought inside at 10pm. Please reciprocate by taking the noise inside after 10pm! Please also no loud music AND NO PARTIES!!

All check-in times are at 4pm and check out times are at 10am, without exception, so that the quality of the clean is not compromised.***
