Excellent location for my needs. Close (Minutes walking distance) to all of the areas I wanted to/was interested in visiting during my trip. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and well fitted. The staff we saw were very friendly. Storage facilities were very convenient. The location was great- so close to 5th Ave and Grand Central Station. No complaints.

Everything was great except there is a very strong air freshener odor throughout the building and especially in the room. For sensitive people, it’s headache inducing. There was also something spilled in the hallway leading to my room that was not cleaned up the whole time I was there. Communication with property manager was excellent and of course, great location. The building itself and the room has charm.

Quiet Spot for Short Stay

The studio was perfect for our 3 days/2 nights stay with preplanned busy schedule. Hot shower and decent bed. Location was perfect for all the things we had scheduled.

This room is very nice, I stayed here by myself. It has a nice couch to sit on or put your stuff on. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small, but the shower pressure was nice. The noise level is the only thing that was an issue as the windows did not keep any sound out. I ended up putting on Spotify and listening to White noise on the television to be able to sleep. But you are in midtown so it is to be expected.The building is in a great location, easy to use the code to get in and out. The lobby is very nice, I didn't end up using the gym but poked my head in and it looked nice. Would definitely consider staying here again if I had to stay in midtown.

Amazing Location

We loved staying hear because it was so central to many attractions and we coukd easily walk to the subway stations. The place was clean and check in was convenient. Definitely would return.

No, the towels were horrible and we only had two. When we asked for more they forgot and we had to ask again. It was really warm in the room and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Great Stay

This was a great place for a couple of days in NYC. Alex was very helpful and responsive. Everything is done via codes, so you can come and go as you please. The location is very convenient to Time Square and Bryant Park.

We went to New York for my fiancé's birthday. The host was supposed to let us know when our room was ready, and we never got the message that it was ready for us. There was no wash clothes available, so definitely bring your own. There also was little bugs in the shower. I asked the host about laundry, and he didn't get back to us until almost a day later. We paid for laundry already and then he tells us that you can get tokens at the front desk to do laundry for free. Also just an FYI, not that it's the hosts fault, but being on the 7th floor, it is so very noisy, with stuff happening in the streets below, to honking of the horns, to sirens all hours of the day and night. Also, the wifi was horrible trying to watch TV as well. Not super happy about the stay, but on the upside, it is walking distance to a lot of things.
