Our family truly had a remarkable experience at this location. The title breathtaking lived up to its reputation… the serenity and glorious beauty surrounding this house secluded in the perfect location was above all expectations we had! We truly are thankful for the time spent here and recommend it 100%. The hosts were extremely helpful and available allowing for a smooth entry and exit! We can’t wait for next time!

We stayed at this property 9/9-12th and we had a BLAST! The photos are accurate, the property is gorgeous and the view was breathtaking! San was the best host, the communication and response to any questions we had, were answered quickly and efficiently. I would definitely stay at another one of Sans properties. Thanks again for making our stay a pleasurable one!

Beautiful location and nicely-kept place with plenty of room! Host was super attentive and responsive to all our needs. Only thing not overtly mentioned in listing is the extremely narrow, steep grade, winding roads and driveway to the property. Designate an experienced driver for the task of navigating in and out of the property. Otherwise, great!!

I have mixed feelings about my stay. The positives are that the property itself is a luxury cabin, the structure, view and atmosphere were second to none. However, I have issues with a few things specifically. First the cabin itself needs a lot of attention as far as maintenance and housekeeping. Things either were broken or dirty. I have list of things, way t many to list here but here are a few. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom had a few issues. The toilet seat was not attached on one side. the shower curtain was very dirty and the fan in the bathroom was filled with dust. I took pictures. In the bedroom the light on the right side of the bed didn't work and I needed to move the nightstand and when I did there was a lot of dead bugs underneath as well as the bedframe was full of dust. The nook on the top floor was great, but when I pulled out the seat underneath the desk the leg fell off. That is a very small sample of the issues. Outside looking out at the gorgeous view when I looked down on the ground trash was scattered about as well as in the driveway. I was asked by the host if ground crew could come by on Wednesday, trying to accommodate I said yes, they showed up on Tuesday which we were celebrating my birthday, cooking out on the grill and all we here are weedwhackers for over an hour. The biggest disappointment was that the host warned me about ladybugs, they don't bother me, but German cockroaches do and we found many throughout the cabin on all 3 floors.

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view!

If you are looking for a quiet cabin with gorgeous views overlooking the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park, then look no further! Our family’s ages ranged from 1 to 72, baby slept great in the quiet upstairs while the teen boys had the best time on the bottom level playing all the video games, pool table and soaks in the hot tub. Us middle aged and older adults loved the morning and evening gatherings on the patio with coffee and wine with the gas fireplace and unbeatable views. The cabin is 20 mins from downtown Gatlinburg, which is necessary to get the quiet and uninterrupted views. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of seating. Also, never ran out of hot water with all the showers, which we appreciate in a large house with lots of people! My sister and brother in law loved the mattresses and pillows, while they were a bit too hard for me - all personal preference there. Parking can be tight, 4 cars max - a truck could fit in the spot by the grill. Saw 2 bears while we were there! Overall, had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! San was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free.The cabin was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. Although we couldn’t use the main deck because a bear kept coming into the parking area, we spent plenty of time enjoying the deck off the game room and the upper deck. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip.We traveled with our two dogs and really appreciated the thoughtful pet-friendly touches, including dog blankets to help protect the furniture and a gate that came in handy. Those little details made us feel very welcome. The hot tub was clean, relaxing, and worked well, even though it showed a little normal wear.The roads leading up to the cabin are narrow and steep, so be prepared to drive carefully, but the stunning views and peaceful setting make it completely worth it.We didn’t use the community pools, but one was conveniently located nearby. The only minor drawback was that there wasn’t an easy place to walk our dogs around the cabin, so we drove about 12 minutes to a nearby dog park, which worked out well.Overall, this is a fantastic cabin for a family vacation or a large group getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

It was more than we expected. The rooms and spacious and welcoming. The view was peaceful and relaxing. The bear visiting was a treat. Every thing about the location, WiFi, games and space was awesome. Definitely a place we would come to again. Thank you from class of 91.. making memories

Amazing, incredible views of the mountains!!! Just WOW!!! I can't say enough about the views from the balconies. The cabin itself was beautiful and very spacious! It easily accommodated our group of 14. We took an advantage of the hot tub, the game room, charcoal grill, pool table, and the community pools!! There was plenty of kitchenware and dishware for cooking meals. TVs in all the bedrooms was very nice. Host was very responsive to all messages. The driveway is very steep and looks intimidating (lol), but our SUVs and even our smaller cars were able to make it up with no issues. We had an amazing stay! We will stay here again! Thanks so much San for allowing us to stay in your paradise of a cabin!!!
