*Located directly on Versailles Domain, you will love to admire the view all day long. You won`t be disappointed by the nature around our spacious and brand new chalet.

*With its 3 closed bedrooms, its 2 full bathrooms, its washing room, its fully equipped kitchen, its living room, and its desktop area, the Zeste chalet was designed to offer an unforgettable stay for everyone.

*Outside, you will love its huge backyard on which you can install a volleyball or a soccer net.

**Please note that any type of party or excessive noise, after 10PM, that could disturb our neighbourhood will be charged an additional fee of $1000 as well as an immediate eviction. Please respect our neighbourhood**

One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

*****You need a 4WD vehicle with (winter tires during winter) to get to the chalet, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs****

⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.

*CAMERAS*
Please note that we have one security camera outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. The camera is located in front of the chalet pointing the main entrance. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. We also have a sound device to make sure that the sound remains at a respectful level for our neighbours. This does not record conversations.

*TV*
We have one smart TV in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV.

*BBQ*
From May 1st-Oct 15th. NO EXCEPTIONS

*OUTSIDE FIREPLACE*
Accessible from May 1st to November 15th. NO EXCEPTIONS

*CONSTRUCTION*
Our chalet is located in a new development area which mean that you can hear construction noise from Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM.

**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**

**If you choose to proceed with a cancellation, our policy will apply. Please note that a 4.5% administration fee of the total reservation amount will be retained.
*IMPORTANT*
Once the reservation is confirmed, a form, along with an ID, will need to be completed in order to comply with Article 7. 1 of By-law No. 657 - 2021 of the Municipality of Saint-Côme.

⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.

1. A $500 security deposit and a photo of your ID might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 5PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

4. One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.

6. If the chalet is left in a messy or disorderly condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Any type of waste or bodily excrement (animal or human) found inside or outside the chalet will be charged at a rate of $60 per occurrence. Excrement includes, but is not limited to, urine, feces, vomit, or any similar substances.

At the end of the stay, the spa water must be as clean as it was upon arrival. An additional fee will apply for any late checkout between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., as this delays the work of our cleaning team. Any guest still on the premises after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night.

7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

9. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.

10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.

11. You cannot use a floating island neither your own embarcations on all body of water at Saint-Côme to comply with the municipality rules. We don`t offer any.

12. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
