Cozy cottage located on 133 acres.

This was a very difficult guest experience. From the beginning, the guest appeared focused on finding issues with the property and seeking compensation. During the stay, the kitchen sinks were intentionally plugged and filled with water, creating the impression that they were not draining properly. After removing the stoppers, both sinks drained normally. The shower drain was also functioning properly and is cleaned thoroughly between every guest stay. The composting toilet is emptied and serviced before each reservation; however, it was not used according to the provided instructions and was left in an unsanitary condition after the guest's son urinated on and around it. Additionally, despite the checkout time, the guest remained on the property until approximately 1:00 PM. Overall, this was one of the most challenging hosting experiences I have had and I would not host this guest again.
