Located in the heart of Denver, our 2024 custom built home offers unparalleled access to the city's vibrant energy: Red Rocks Amphitheater, Mile High Stadium, Ball Arena, Coors Field, and Meow Wolf! We live in a quiet neighborhood and have an insane rooftop city view of the whole Denver skyline! We are walking distance from the Light Rail and have easy access to 6th Avenue to get to the mountains. We also live close by a frisbee golf course and lots of green spaces.

Our kitchen refrigerator and cabinets comes equipped with push-button technology for easy cabinet access. A double Thermador fridge complements ample counter space, ideal for dining and entertaining. Adjacent, a spacious dining room table is enhanced by a fireplace and convenient half bathroom on the ground level. We have giant windows and beautiful real plants throughout the house to make you feel like you are part of nature.
