This includes a dishwasher, glass-top electric stove, and a washer and dryer for convenience, plus WiFi to stay connected. Enjoy the terrific mini-split AC on hot days, where you can zone out on the 50 inch tv screen, contemplate the art by local artists, or get some work done at the desk, then sleep peacefully in the brand new queen sized bed. Blinds and black-out curtains add another level of privacy. From your deck, look out onto the shared landscaped yard below, or have a meal in the shared patio area below. The designated gated parking means that you never have to look for a parking spot when you return from a long day at work, or at play! I feel this experience has prepared me for providing hospitable service to others. I generally like to be helpful, whether in the classroom with students, or to friends, family, or guests

Colonial Heights is a diverse neighborhood that consists of families, younger adults, and elders who have lived here for decades. I enjoy the walkable tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and that it's a close drive to everything,

It is decorated to fit my style with rich colors, patterns, and original local artworks. Everything is new, and it is very clean, with lots of light. Also, it has all the perks that I look for when traveling for work, or fun. This includes the in-unit washer and dryer, and dishwasher, as well as the designated parking on the property. Also, my fiance and I live just minutes away if you ever need anything.
