This lovely cabin offers a tremendous experience for guests. Nestled in a serene setting, you'll find yourself surrounded by nature's beauty. The cozy, memory foam queen bed, ensures a restful night's sleep. Stay connected with WiFi, cuddle up with a book by the wood stove, enjoy the kitchen and eating area and utilize the BBQ for food preparation. The bathroom offers a refreshing outdoor shower with plenty of hot water. The bathroom facilities feature an outhouse with state of the art Nature’s Head composting toilet. The front porch is a great spot for morning coffee or tea. An exploratory spin on the kayaks around the three acre pond is very relaxing Fishing is also an option. Raspberries and blueberries are available in season, apples and cider in the fall and the chickens gladly share their eggs for a tasty breakfast. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a bit more adventurous getaway, our cabin is the perfect choice. If you are looking for a quiet, serene place to go, I would recommend coming here. After all day in the city, this was such a nice, comfortable, relaxing environment to have some quiet downtime. The time and care they put into building this cabin by hand shows. It is absolutely gorgeous.There is also nothing like a wood stove to warm up to with a cup of coffee in hand listening to the crackle of the fire.

Everything was great, the cabin was just adorable and just as described. The hosts went above and beyond with the details and communication with them was excellent.

After laughing at myself for not noticing the outdoor bathroom when making our reservation, we enjoyed the cozy, quiet, comfy cabin for our overnight stay on the way to the Olympic Peninsula.

Awesome property and gracious hosts.

Let us fish their pond and have a fire in the wood stove. Outdoor shower with hot water was amazing.

Location was wonderful! Listened to geese and tree frogs. Cabin was adorable! Owner was super helpful offering to build a fire for my arrival. Wish I could have extended my stay.

Everything we wanted

The cabin was so beautiful (and cedar!) and the setting can’t be beat. Hosts are the friendliest and the outhouse is really not scary once you know what you’re doing :)

Phenomenal

An absolutely wonderful place in the woods to just relax and decompress! Every bit of my visit was wonderful and comfortable. Owners were a joy to meet, talk with, and more than accommodating. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to use the outdoor shower again, just amazing!

Great little glamping getaway

Loved the one room cabin. Great communication. We came in late and they lit a fire in the wood stove for us, so it wasnt cold. Since its an outbouse (very clean. And nice)

The host was nice and made sure I had everything I needed. They even went the extra mile and bought me a gluten free mini birthday cake when they found out it was my birthday. It was quiet and relaxing, just what I needed. I never went into town but it wasn’t far from town. I wanted a break from the business of the city and this did not disappoint. I am already planning my next visit.

We loved the cabin! We were really excited to kayak, but the pond had tons of algae or other plant life making it look unsafe if you were to dall into the water. Otherwise it was so much fun! My fiance and I each caught fish from the pond.

Emi and I had such a meaningful stay at this cabin. From the moment we arrived, the host family treated us like we were part of their own family. They are truly salt of the earth people. Genuine, caring, welcoming, and the kind of people you do not forget. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel completely at home. The cabin itself was peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was exactly the kind of quiet retreat we needed. Emi especially enjoyed spending time playing with the host’s grandchildren and had so much fun making memories there. Unfortunately, Emi had an accident during our trip and we ended up needing to take her to the ER and leave a night early. Even during such a stressful moment, the host family was incredibly compassionate and supportive, which meant more to me than I can put into words. Despite our trip ending unexpectedly, we left feeling grateful for the experience and for the wonderful people we met. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful place hosted by truly goodhearted people.
I went to open the window and she looked at me. She just sat and stared. She was beautiful.

This is a wonderful property with a rustic cabin. The cabin was cozy and a welcome escape. It is perfect for a relaxed, unplugged vacation. We really enjoyed sampling a few blueberries and blackberries from nearby bushes. The outdoor shower was stocked with basic toiletries, however having only 1 towel per person for the entire stay led to prioritizing sun-towel drying times, but this was a minor adjustment. The compost toilet had well laid out instructions, save for where you dispose of TP as the print out provided only says 'refer to host for proper disposal'. We loved our time at this cabin and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great escape

I needed to decompress for a few days, and this was perfect. Beautiful cedar cabin and property, close to civilization if you want it to be, but also far and quiet enough that you can totally unplug if that's what you want. The outhouse is clean and easy to use; the shower is a bit more of a walk than expected, but that's just a statement, not a complaint. It is at least as nice as advertised, on all fronts -- just make sure you know what's being advertised (outhouse , woodstove heating, etc). I look forward to returning

My partner and I needed a quick getaway for the night and we couldn't be happier with this place! It was clean, cozy, quiet, and charming! The hosts, while we didn't get a chance to meet them in person, were so great with communication and even lit a fire for our arrival!We will definitely be booking this place again and hopefully can spend a little more time there next time!Thank you for a much needed night away!

This was a very pleasant out of the way place to stay nice and quiet and the hosts were very helpful. It was also nice to be able pick some blueberries for breakfast. Great location to access Vancouver and then head into the Mt. Saint Helens area. Will definitely stay again for future adventures in the area.

A serene woodland setting for a lovely little cabin with everything one could need. Clear communication and myriad thoughftful details from lamps with variable light settings, an actual freezer with the refrigerator, extra bedding, a variety of tasty snacks set out, etc., elevated the coziness factor of the entire experience. We also appreciated the especially attractive grounds and deep nighttime quiet for a truly relaxing stay. Artie & Radwyn provided a wonderful retreat for us during a busy wedding weekend filled with preparation and celebration.
