This place is amazing. The views are amazing and the place is huge. It has an elevator that goes down to the garage so it would be really great in the winter/bad weather, bringing up groceries, luggage, etc. The shower is probably the best water pressure I've ever had in any rental. It would be great for families, reunions, etc. Easy walk to a little "downtown" areas with cool bars, restaurants, etc. Owner was great and very helpful.

One wonderful way to experience Pittsburgh is from Mt Washington. This property is pure luxury on Mt Washington. Location two blocks from Incline and Shilo Street Restaurants. Views of the city at your finger tips. Furnishings and space just wonderfully maintained and appointments just lovely. Parking with garage great for multiple cars. Only downside is street is a bit noisy on weekends if weather is nice, so if you are an early to bed, bring some ear plugs!

What a great location. Spent hours sitting on the deck with a breath taking view of the city. We had plans to visit the Steelers Stadium and it was only a 10 minute drive. The house itself was in immaculate condition with plenty of room for our group of 9.

However cool you think this house is from the pics and description.....double it! This house is amazing.....from the size, to the location, to the views, to the amenities. The host Bradford is a also amazing to work with. Can't say enough nice things about the time my family and I had here

This place was amazing! The space was perfect for 12 of us and had everything that we needed. The location was excellent, could walk to many places on Mount Washington. Very short walk to the incline that takes you right down to the train that takes you all over Pittsburgh. The checkout process was simple, we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Absolutely perfect, would highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and comfortable, with great views of the city. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our families, the bathrooms were clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable across the board. We actually got to enjoy the porch in December thanks to a brief warm spell, and we loved the walkability of the neighborhood. We recommend and would stay again if we have the chance!

Amazing view

Stayed with a large group and had so much room. Great location with a beautiful view. The house had everything we needed plus some. I would recommend this house to anyone.

This house is beautiful, well appointed, spacious, and the view cannot be beat! We had consistent communication with the owner, and would highly recommend this house for a family, larger group!

Great communucation from the host. A garage to hide the cars in when it snowed. A 1900s house with a lot of character and modern amenities with an outstanding view of the city. Overall me and my family loved it. No complaints. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Beautiful Mt. Washington house!

Spacious and beautifully decorated house. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the incredible view of Pittsburgh from the front balcony and the private peacefulness of the balcony in back. Great location near restaurants and the incline which takes you down the mountain to more restaurants and the River front. Host was very helpful ! I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Pittsburgh!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful stay at your home during the Thanksgiving Day weekend. The space had everything we needed, and even though we didn't eat in much, I truly appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was.With a group of nine, we found there was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The view from the house was simply amazing, and we enjoyed the convenience of having enough parking space for our three cars.The location was ideal, and I was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. I will definitely recommend your place to friends and family, and I'm looking forward to staying again the next time I'm in Pittsburgh!

We had four couples for an extended weekend trip to Mt Washington. This is an excellent location with restaurants and pubs with walking distance on Shiloh Street or take the incline to connect with the T to explore the city. Fares downtown are free. We hit up the Grand Concourse for dinner, PNC Park and Rivers Casino. The view from Mt Washington is spectacular from the front Patio. A big plus for us was plenty of parking since we were all arriving at different times. We didn't use the garage but it's available. One surprise was the elevator which came in handy to take groceries to the kitchen on the second floor. The kitchen is very well equipped with great appliances, cookware and plenty of table space in the dining room. We didn't use the back patio grill but looked top notch. It's a popular area so there was a little street noise on the weekend days but to be expected. Highly recommend and the host is very responsive!

This home is amazing! The view from the balcony at night with the city lights of Pittsburgh, is gorgeous. Everything about this home is luxury, and there isn't an amenity that they don't have, from a beautifully stocked kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements, spacious dining, and parking for several vehicles. The most luxurious offering that you will fall in love with is the shower in the Master bathroom! All in all... you will want to extend your stay and never go home! We have a fantastic stay and can't thank you enough!

Weekend stay in Mt Washington

The house was amazing!! First the location can't be beat. Beautiful view of the city from the deck and family room. Just a short walk to the Mon incline and shops. The house was huge with plenty of space. Beautiful back deck with grill overlooking neighboring garden. All furniture and decor were new and high quality. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Our host Bradford was easy to contact and very responsive every step of the way.

Great stay on Mt. Washington

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful home. The home is spacious and very comfortable. The view off the 2nd story front deck is incredible with a complete view of the river and the city skyline. The location is also great, as it is a 5 min walk to many restaurants, a small grocery store, and great ice cream shop that my kids frequented multiple times. We were also pleasantly surprised by the the back deck, as it overlooks a very park-like setting. Very quiet and peaceful. The home has a bit of non-standard floorplan as it is an older home, but it has been completely remodeled and every room was clean and very comfortable with all modern amenities. Check-in and check-out and communication with the owner were excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful girl's daughter’s trip to Pittsburgh this week, and Bradford’s home on Grandview in Mt. Washington was the highlight of our short, two-night stay! We were impressed by every room from the moment we arrived! Having access to a double driveway and garage for parking was an added bonus! The home is very elegant but comfortable and we had all the comforts of home plus a gorgeous view! Brad was very kind, and checked in a few times to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything! The location is perfect for exploring the city. Getting to PNC Park for a Pirates game was quick and easy with the nearby Mon Incline and the T to the North Side. All of the beds were very comfortable with high end linens. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful rear patio and a great front deck with a view which became our favorite place to gather for coffee or wine! We’ve stayed at many homes on Mt. Washington when visiting Pittsburgh, but this is our favorite by far! Hope to stay here again on a future visit!

Spectacular home with stunning views. You almost don’t want to leave to explore the city. The neighborhood is cute & walkable to a variety of shops and restaurants. The home was a highlight for us, we really enjoyed our stay!
