This place was adorable (just like the pictures)! It was perfect for 6 women on a weekend getaway. The hosts were very kind and helpful, very communicative. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Our second time returning to this lovely property. Comfortable for our family of 8. Probably the cleanest short term rental we’ve stayed in. Short walk to lake Delevan and the supper club!

Lovingly restored farmhouse - with a great guest experience. We were a large group in Delevan Lake for the 4th of July Holiday weekend. Would highly recommend renting the farm house and Pip's Cottage if you have a larger group. The updated farm house is clean - roomy and curated with Donna's unique finds and antiques. Close to everything - but in a tranquil country setting close to the Village Supper Club - Public park and boat launch and around the corner from Lake Lawn Lodge. We had originally planned to stay for 2 nights but unfortunately a devastating storm hit Delavan on our first night and knocked out the power to the entire town (unprecedented) and we had to make other arrangements for that night, but Donna and Bryan were so gracious and worried for our safety as they made our one night extra special and we so appreciate it. Great hosts and I highly recommend this unique treasure!

Trish, if every guest handled surprises the way your group did, hosting would be a breeze! It was wonderful getting to know all of you. You could tell right away this wasn't just a group traveling together, it was a group of family & longtime friends who have probably been finishing each other's stories (and maybe sentences!) for years. The laughter was contagious, and the teamwork was something to admire. After the storm left the area in recovery mode, you had every reason to be disappointed. Instead, you simply adjusted course, rolled with the punches, and turned an unexpected situation into just another part of the adventure. Your easygoing attitudes made a challenging weekend less stressful for everyone. Thanks for being the kind of guests every host hopes for. If you come back, we’ll do our best to conjure up better weather. After all, you’re part of The Three Lakes Farm Family now!

Lovely farmhouse walking distance to Lake Delavan. Spacious, clean and well appointed with 4 private rooms. Perfect for a family vacation with loads of activities to enjoy in the area. Friendly, responsive, and thoughtful hosts were the bow on a beautifully wrapped package. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend!

We had such a great time at the farmhouse. The property was charming and spotless! Every room was super clean and very well arranged. We had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend.The hosts were so lovely and welcoming. They made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.The weather was perfect for us to enjoy the well-kept barbecue area and the fire pit.We were right next to Delavan Lake and only a quick drive away to Lake Geneva. Great location!We will definitely come back and we highly recommend it!

Summer Getaway

My family of 8 stayed here during a summer weekend, we all fit comfortably and were impressed with the cleanliness of the property. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and time into the historic restoration. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owners live next door and checked on us throughout our stay. Walking distance to the Village Supper Club and Lake Delavan which is a plus! Only thing that we would change is the parking. Despite ample parking space, if your group has more than 2 cars there is a charge of 50/car/night which is disappointing when the house is advertised for 8. Wouldn’t stop us from staying again in the future.

Lovely Farm House

What a lovely stay at the 'Farm House'. The home was immaculate and the hosts, Donna & Bryan paid attention to every detail to make our stay comfortable, restful and memorable. The home was pristinely clean. The hosts lovingly decorated the place with enjoyable amenities and curated antique details. The area was close to the quaint town & lakes, yet serene and quiet. Parking and the outdoor spaces were ample and private. Nature was bountiful. The hosts were thoughtful, kind and readily available with any questions and information about the area. They had nice treats waiting for us, which was a welcome and nice touch! There is a well stocked kitchen & bathrooms, extra linens and towels help make a stay worry free. They had many fun items, great books, record player, many games, tv choices and an outdoor fire seating area, activities that could keep a family busy for a long time. Every detail was well thought out. We would definitely return to this home when in the area again! Thanks Bryan & Donna

Absolutely beautiful home on a peaceful road near the water. Hosts were very communicative and super friendly. The home has all the amenities we needed for the weekend, including a lovely garden/deck area for grilling and chilling by a fire. The homes decor is charming and comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

After stumbling upon this unique farm property, hidden behind giant oak trees, across the street from Delavan Lake, we packed up our city life & returned to the serene, laidback lifestyle of our childhood. A lifestyle we're happy to share with you on Three Lakes Farm at Delavan Lake.

OUR CLOSE PROXIMITY TO ALL 3 LAKES - Delavan (across the street), Como (6 mins) & Geneva (8 mins) - is how 3 Lakes Farm earned its name.

Easy access to County F, Townhall Rd & County H, make avoiding summer traffic a breeze. And all of the areas best things to do, see & eat are a quick walk or drive away; including: Community Beach, Boat Wrangler's, The Village Supper Club, Lake Lawn Lodge, Geneva National Golf Course, Belfry Music Theater, Riga-Tony’s authentic Chicago deli, Pearce's Farm Stand, Mars Supper Club & more. This gives Three Lakes Farm an advantage over properties located further down S. Shore Drive & the North side of the lake.

Best of all, our 4 spacious acres allows for privacy, room to run & play, ample parking & wildlife sitings. Locals often tell us what a beautiful property we have & they can’t believe they’ve never noticed it before. It's a true hidden gem. We feel confident you’ll agree.

3 LAKES FARM IS THE LAST REMNANT OF A 10 ACRE DAIRY FARM located across the street from Delavan Lake. The farm stayed in the original family for years before being sold off bit by bit. Today, only 4 acres remain of what used to be a fully operational dairy farm surrounded by dense woods & a handful of tiny, summer cottages.

Built in 1910, the house & barn are a classic example of the Gambrel style architecture commonly found in areas of the country populated by people from the Netherlands & Germany. The adorable, cedar trimmed cottage once functioned as a milking house for the cows. Thankfully, the beasts were banished long ago.

Today, the renovated & refreshed Three Lakes Farmhouse & Pip's Cottage are a thoughtful blend of the signature Three Lakes Farm modern, vintage aesthetics and carefully curated amenities you're sure to enjoy.
