Beautiful property, lots of space. Private and quiet also close to shopping malls. The basketball and soccor is so good to keep kids entertained. Nice to sit in the spa in the morning and listen to the birds.

Awesome getaway

Booked this for my 18 year old daughter and her friends for an overnight stay. They absolutely loved the place which was spacious and had plenty to do for them. Would highly recommend!

We booked this villa to celebrate a hens party - we were blown away by it! The pictures don’t do the property justice! Communication with Lydia was amazing she replied within minutes and was always so helpful!

Great little getaway

This place is perfect for family and friends, but for me it was a little getaway for my workers. Nicely hidden and have full privacy without the noise of busy roads, really feels like a getaway. Had our staff party here and this place had it all. Kitchen was perfect for cooking a large feast, staff had a blast running a couple games on the mini soccer pitch and basketball court, then cooling off in the pool and finally winding down in the evening next to the hot tub. Definitely brining my family here next so they can experience what we had with our staff. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and wind down.

We booked Dene Court Villa specifically because the Bookabach listing clearly states “Parties and events are allowed on site - Maximum attendees: 80,” with no mention of needing to request approval. That was a key reason for choosing and paying for this property.An hour and a half after we had checked in, we received a “house rules” message from the host saying “No parties or events without prior approval.” This rule had never been disclosed before arrival. We immediately called the host for clarification, but instead of a clear explanation, he gave vague answers and implied it was our fault for not informing him earlier.Under pressure to move forward, we were forced to pay an extra 1,035 on top of the booking cost to keep our event plans. The next morning, we called again to clarify and received the same evasive responses, along with lectures about “common sense” despite the fact that this requirement was never listed on the site or communicated beforehand.Overall, the experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. The property itself may be nice, but the lack of transparency and poor handling of communication left a bad impression.

The house the pool and the outdoors area are truly amazing, it’s an ideal place for a weekend with friends or family.However the place wasn't very clean, especially the fridge and the floors (we found a fake nail, chewing gum packaging and things like that in the living room and in the bedrooms). There wasn't many dishes available, especially cutlery. Also the spa that is advertised and is in one of the pictures wasn't available to use. And the host never sent me the check in instructions, i had to ask for it, as well as for the wifi password, the place where they kept the barbecue and the gas bottle for it, etc.So the place is truly great but not that clean, and the lack of communication from the host was really not ideal.
