This cozy and beautiful 3 bedrooms home with 2 bathrooms is the perfect place for your family or friends vacation. With its spacious layout, private pool, huge backyard, fully equipped kitchen and convenient location, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation.
Your days at here will start with a morning nature bird singing from the oasis garden, with swimming pool view, then wake up with a cup of Keurig coffee. You can cook your favorite breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, or have a morning walk and grab yourself breakfast at walkable distance restaurants nearby;
The open concept living and dining area is perfect for entertaining, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the home, making it ideal for large families or groups. The master suite has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the swimming pool.
The backyard is a private oasis, with a sparkling pool and plenty of space to relax and play.
The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive to the American River, golf club, shopping, and dining. You'll be close to all the attractions that the area has to offer, but you'll also have a place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, many people have been living here more than 20 years. They are firefighters, teachers, frontline workers and crisis responders in our community. They are residents and not travelers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE eliminate your noise levels at quiet hours (10pm-8am), we hope you also enjoy the quiet and peaceful neighborhood too during your stay here.

NO PARTY ALLOWED! Zero tolerance and rental agreements terminated immediately!

If neighbors feel disturbed by loud noises or other disturbances, cops will be involved, and $500 fines will be billed to you.

Wonderful house in a great location. Couldn’t have been happier and would definitely book there again. I have to say a huge thank you to the host as they went out of their way for me. I was traveling from SoCal for work and originally asked if there were blackout curtains in the primary bedroom. They said unfortunately not but when I arrived, they had gone into the bedroom and covered the windows above the French doors with blackout for me. That was such an AMAZING gesture and something they did not have to do! I was thoroughly impressed and will totally book there again in the future.

First family trip to California

My daughter’s best friend moved to Sacramento 2 years ago and we planned a reunion. This home was close to their home and the perfect place to relax after exploring!

Beautiful Home

The stay was amazing and I would stay here again. The backyard is huge and has a pool and hot tub. Perfect for a get away. There is a backyard camera that the host thankfully allowed me to cover up, this information should be listed on the booking page. They also told me that the pool cleaner person comes on Thursday, but he came unannounced on Monday morning. That could have been problematic. Otherwise, the stay overall was wonderful!

Adequate Stay

The home, the linens, the beds all very nice and very clean. The home was adequately stocked and in nice quiet neighborhood. Our only issues were the showers were very slow to drain and the hot tub was in desperate need of a cleaning. Otherwise I would stay again.

This was a great place to stay and in the location I needed it to be in for the purpose of my stay. the house itself was really nice and clean. Some things were odd, like the bathroom windows were unlocked and one was open. The coffee maker wasn't working for me at all and I know how to use a Keurig since I have one. There are no TVs in the bedroom so I'm glad I brought my laptop since the only tv was in the living room. When you enter the door code you have to hit pound for it to work I didn't know that. Other than that I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Early Thanksgiving Celebration

This property is light, great windows, comfortable to be in, located in a safe neighborhood with stores within walking distance on a nice day. Too cold outside to be in the pool. The host is easy to communicate with.

Spacious and neat house

Overall experience was great. Open concept floor was great. The design is really nice as well. Well stocked. Had coffee pods, lots of silverware and dishes. AC works great. Good location and good neighborhood. Host provided play pen and a crib. The backyard is clean and well taken care off. Pool is definitely a plus.

Fabulous place to stay

I come to town twice a year for work & usually stay in a hotel but after a few bad experiences I opted to treat myself & I'm glad I did. Very clean, safe neighborhood & plenty of parking ( I had my 5x8 trailer ) Hosts were prompt with all the check in & out information. The back yard is definitely the highlight!

Anniversary getaway

The house was everything we hoped for. Clean, comfortable and nice neighborhood. It is well taken care of which is so appreciated. We very much enjoyed our short stay. Certainly would recommend to others. Great communication was also really appreciated.
