The view of this rental was amazing, and they had two chairs and a mat use for the beach. We loved walking out there in the evening and reading a book with the sunset and sound of waves! The one bathroom is a little small, but perfect for a quick rinse off! Kitchen is not stocked with any food besides salt and pepper, but it was reasonably close to a Walmart to get everything we needed! Beds were very comfortable. Nice pair of parking spots underneath the place! The check out process was very simple! Thanks for a very relaxing stay!!

The view was awesome. The area was quieter than I expected it to be which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were so comfortable. I was surprised that there were beach extras in the room that made our stay that much better. The activities package was very helpful for planning our trip. Weather didn’t cooperate the day we planned, but it was easy to rearrange our plans with the activities package.

Great views and fun times!

We enjoyed the stay. The pool was a great companion to the beach. The tiny bathroom with the pocket door is a clever use of space. My daughter thought it was fun. The beach access was easy and parking underneath the property was perfect.
The property as we entered (with my daughter’s stuffy already on the couch).

Our recent stay at this property was excellent. The property is in a great location. Room was clean, has 2 bathrooms which was a plus, and you are provided with everything you need- pots pans, coffee pot and coffee, shampoo conditioner and bath soap (if you forget yours :) ) and even beach chairs, toys and a beach wagon etc. the view was amazing we seen dolphins every morning from the very large balcony. The beach is steps away from the room. The pool area was nice and clean. Check in and check out was easy, you really don’t have to do anything except take trash out and leave towels in one place, unlike some other places I’ve stayed. Host very easy to communicate with. The ONLY negative is there is no elevator and 32 steps to get to the room so if someone has issues with climbing stairs or health issues it might be a problem. The room was on the top floor which was great for the view and you don’t have to worry about hearing other people walking around or being loud above you. We had a great stay and would definitely book this place again.

Stairs only no elevator, not ideal for small children, seniors or anyone physical disabilities. Stairs closest to this room not well lit and dirty. Parking not well lit. View minimal of the gulf. Noisy, busy street. Condo small, guest bedroom was too warm and had a dehumidifier. Pool small. Required to keep up with key fob to enter beach access instead of a code.Host responded quickly with questions.

We had a very relaxing stay. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Walk to beach was very convenient. We went at a very hot time of the year so it was a bit challenging to keep the condo cool especially in the front bedroom. Even though there was a portable AC for that room, it wasn’t working so we ran out and grabbed a fan. Overall very happy with our visit. Weather could not have been better.

Great little spot

This is a quiet, cozy condo with a great view of the beach from the balcony. There is private beach access and parking for two vehicles. Check-in and check-out were super simple, and the property manager checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. There were no complicated cleaning expectations before check-out (we have had this happen at other condos). There were plenty of fresh towels, blankets, and extra pillows.

* PERFECT * This was a really nice place. We had everything we needed. We even left kid play sand toys. My husband is 50 & I’m 47, the only issue is it’s 32 steps up. I have a terminal lung disease so this was brutal on me. Really need an elevator.

Great condo especially for the price!!! Perfect location for families. Close to everything but on the other side of the large crowds! Right on the beach. Small complex is perfect for people with children or adults looking for a relaxing quiet beach trip! The condo is a great size for our family of 5. 2 bathrooms is a must for us! The only thing I would add would be a small table to the balcony to sit my coffee on in the morning while watching the waves. The beds were comfortable. Tv in all the rooms. I was happy to see an actual coffee pot.. they do have a kureig if thats your style to. We will be back!

The condo is extremely small. While there are enough beds for 6 people, the second bathroom is tiny, and my teens had to share the master with me because of the size. The pics are deceiving. If you have older kids, this condo is tiny. It needs an upgrade and a deep clean. I swept and mopped and gave everything a wipe down when we arrived.

Cozy safe place with beach access

We loved everything about this place. We had covered parking, beds were decently comfy, everything was clean and we felt safe as we are just me, my sister, my daughter whos 8. Unfortunately we got a call shortly after arriving that pur grandfather that we were caring for had passed. We didnt get to do many things while we were there but we felt we had a cozy safe place to grieve. The host were incredibly kind and checked on us the entire time. Plus there werent any crazy cleaning rules as a lot of places have. Just basic clean up after yourself. Private Beach access qas a huge plus too as we didnt realize that a lot of places that are on the beach are gated off and you cannot get in without a key fob. Definitely recommend this place.
