Dave is originally from California. Cindy was born in Michigan and that is where they met a little over 25 years ago. After 10 years together in Michigan, they decided to move to St. Augustine and they have never been happier. They love to travel and now that they have retired, are planning to take their travel trailer on the road to meet new people and visit new places.

We've always lived on Anastasia Island since our move to Florida in 2009. Our goal was to eventually have a place on the beach and after a couple moves, we finally made it. We love watching the sunrise each day - either after a walk to the beach or right from our patio or living room window.
Being on the beach is wonderful. We are happiest when we can be outside bike riding, going for a walk together, or just taking in the sun while watching the waves and the people at the beach enjoying the water.

Our unit is part of a small, privately owned, gated community on St. Augustine Beach. A private walkover, located just a few steps from our patio, provides easy beach access to watch spectacular sunrises, to take leisurely walks along the shore, or to bring a chair and enjoy time in the sun. Alternately, the large community pool, with depths between 3.5 feet and 7.5 feet, offers several table and chair groupings with umbrellas for your comfort.
The best thing though, is our wonderful neighbors. Past guests have been happy to join in during random condo parties or just to share a bottle of wine.
Each unit has a numbered, covered parking spot. There is additional open parking for guests.
There are restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance, offering a range of cuisine options including Italian, seafood or American, and outdoor seating if you prefer. There is a grocery store and two gas stations within about a mile.
