Still Waters will provide guests with state-of-the-art facilities while enjoying the best of the South Jersey Shore, and the most dramatic sunsets Cape May County has to offer! Gourmet Kitchen with 48” GE Cafe Range, five Bedroom & Bathrooms including two King and two Queen, and a custom Bunk Room with two Full/Double & two Twin/Single beds, provide a comfortable set up for your family and friends. We had an Amazing week at Still Water! Ed is an awesome host and the house is incredible! Ed didn’t miss a thing when designing and stocking this beautiful home. We didn’t need to leave for anything! The sky deck was our favorite spot to hang out as a family to eat and watch the sunsets. Highly recommend staying at this one if a kind home!

Great House and Host

House is beautiful, brand new, and incredibly well provisioned. Top of the line finishings, plenty of bikes, beach chairs, wagons, etc. Kayaking off the back of the house was a huge highlight for kids. Ed was a fantastic host - incredibly accommodating and helpful in ensuring we had a fantastic stay.

Plenty of room for 9 people. Playroom great for kids, sky deck sunsets were awesome!

The kitchen was amazing. Every cooks dream. The layout gave everyone their space. The updated technology in every room was appreciated by all. Elevator definitely a plus. Being able to kayak on the bay was a great family memory. The sky deck and outdoor kitchen to cook and watch the sunset was a wonderful way to end the day.

Perfect stay for any group

This is the house you want to stay in if you have a big group. There are so many rooms and areas to hang out in and the roof deck is incredible. Beds were so comfortable, all of the small details really added to the trip whether it was the Sonos system throughout the house, games provided, bikes, beach passes, beach chairs, kayaks, there’s too many to mention. Everything listed in the details of the listing were truly as advertised if not better. Ed was extremely helpful throughout the trip and leading up to it with recommendations. This is a 10/10 must visit and the only place I will be booking anytime I am staying in the area going forward… I could not recommend this stay any higher!

We rented this property for a week long family reunion and it could not have been more perfect! The house is amazing, brand new and full of amenities. We love to cook, and it is the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental, with state of the art appliances and finishes. There are multiple spaces where large groups can gather, including the rooftop deck with the most spectacular view of the surrounding marshes and waterways, and gorgeous sunsets, but also plenty of smaller spaces for quiet withdrawal from the crowd. Entertainment and activity options were plentiful kayaking along the adjoining waterways was a special bonus, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! Access in and out of Stone Harbor is quick and easy, so this was a beautiful place to retreat to at the end of a busy beach day. The owner, Ed, was gracious and accommodating, ever ready to answer any questions or be there if needed, but always respectful of our privacy. In the end it was a perfect week, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in this beautiful corner of the world. Trento Family

We had a great stay! The house is as beautiful and clean, as pictured and extremely well stocked with every gadget you may need. The host, Ed, was super responsive and nearby to help if needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and well stocked game collection. Sunsets on the back deck were beautiful!

This was the perfect location for my bachelorette party! The house and property are gorgeous and comfortably fit 12 girls for a long weekend. The dock area and roof deck were absolutely amazing for hanging out! The house is also conveniently located to Stone Harbor, only a 5 minute drive to the beach. The host, Ed, was friendly, welcoming and communicative. The house was very well stocked, and clearly curated with the guest experience in mind. I would absolutely recommend this property for any bachelorette party, everyone was blown away by the property!! It completely made the weekend.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with eleven people. Our accommodations were immaculate and more than big enough to satisfy everyone’s privacy. We loved the panoramic views and seclusion offered on the sky deck. The hot tub was a big hit with young and old alike. Everything was immaculate and well thought out.Ed is a very friendly, thoughtful and helpful host. His check-in and checkout steps could not have been easier.We would strongly staying here on your visit to Stone Harbor!

Our stay at Still Waters was amazing! There were 8 of us ranging from teens to grandparents. The bedroom layout allowed everyone to spread out in their own personal space. While the fabulous kitchen and living area provided gathering space. The sky deck has amazing views and an awesome outdoor kitchen. We had a blast with the karaoke machine up there :) Ed is a perfect host. Attentive and friendly. He thought of every possible amenity in this property. You will be blown away! I’m so happy to have found this property and for the family memories we created there.

My family ( 4 couples and a couple of kids) had a wedding in Stone Harbor. This was a perfect location for going to the beach and convenient to the grocery store. The house was fantastic for gathering together indoors or outdoors. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards along with the roof top deck and loads of games. Ed was very accommodating making sure we had everything we needed, even providing an Instant-Pot so we didn’t have to bring our own. I would highly recommend ‘Still Waters’ to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation and creating lasting memories!

Exceeded all expectations for our family of 12 ( 3 months to 74 years) who stayed here and our family guests who visited. The owner gave us a wonderful introductory tour and explanation of the state of the art technology. Everything we needed to make our stay wonderful was provided. When he learned we were traveling with a 3 month old and 2 year old he had a state of the art new crib and high chair waiting for us. Many people who visited us asked for the link as a future rental option. Inside the elevator and skydeck and foosball table and Japanese toilet were in high demand. Outside the kayaks and paddleboards were in use any time it was high tide and the host has many life jackets. The kitchen and grill and huge hot tub were definitely "wow" features. Don't miss taking a photo of everyone on the back porches from the dock.We are a long time visitorS to Stone Harbor and 12 people plus gathering of family visitor is the largest group we have ever accommodated. It wouldn't have been possible at any other venue in this area. If you do have an opportunity to visit Still Waters be sure to look at the construction album to appreciate all the art, design and technology that went into this home.

Surrounded by seasonal hot spots like the fabulous Cape May Country Park & Zoo, Stone Harbor, The Wildwoods, Cape May, Avalon and Ocean City we wanted to live somewhere with a year round community given the amount of traveling we were doing for work over the last 20 years. Cape May Court House has grown into a fabulous hub for us and our guests with easy access to beaches, restaurants, airports, water parks and world class golf courses.

4,500 sq.ft of state of the art accommodations including a one of kind lounge/kitchen, Michael Phelps 8 person spa, and fabulous SkyDeck Terrace overlooking the Bay, Stone Harbor and Avalon skylines. Inside we have spared no expense for the bedrooms with Nora memory foam mattresses, GE Gourmet Stainless Kitchen Equipment, State-of-the-Art Power Showers, Samsung Smart TVs with 1 Gbps WIFI, and all the kitchen gadgets we could think of including Gordon Ramsay Pans & Knives, Ninja Waffle Maker, Coffee Percolators, & Food Processor, Toshiba Rice Cooker, Kitchen Aid Toaster & Kettle. The 4th floor Primary Suite is incredible with sunset views across the bay, Double Power Showers, Smart Toilet & Bidet, and a Bath Tub with a view! The Spa/Hot Tub on the 1st floor sits in front of a glass door with views over the Bay. The electric glass door can be left down or raised with an insect screen down or raised with clear views across the bay! No expense has been spared to maximize our guests enjoyment and create lifelong memories with your family and friends!
