Overall a great place to stay and right in the middle of everything. Host was great to deal with and got right back with any questions or concerns. Everything went smooth which is great when its vacation. I would stay there again.

We came in to town for a family reunion and this place was perfectly located! We were able to comfortably fit 11 people into the space for sleeping.

While the property met our needs we found it worn and damaged. Doors were dented towel bars missing. Paint on toilets Railings were repaired. It was obviously a party house that sustained damage from rough guest. The cost was a value so shouldn’t have expected more. The location was great in the center of the island and near the bridge and beach. I won’t call the place great but it’s adequate.

The place looked beautiful, based on the pictures on VRBO. When we arrived it was pretty clear it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time. There was sand on the floors, the refrigerator had sticky leftovers on the front, and the patio door doesn't lock because there is no latch to do that. The most disgusting of all was that the toilets had protective cardboard over them pretending to be "clean". The bowls were definitely fully of poop. It was really disgusting.We did our best to flush and spray Lysol the first night.Ashely was very responsive and did refund the cleaning fee. I do not have any complaints about her response.

To be honest we liked this place and would not mine going back. I found the host to be very nice. Some of our TV's went out. We called her and she sent someone to fix it. and we needed tolet paper she sent it right a way. I found the kitchen to be niceley stocked with pots and pans and flat wear. Furniture was adequate. washer and dryer worked well. and good micorwave and stove. planty of room. Here are the things I did not like. It is clear that the host has cleaners but they miss alot. All of the doors need to be wiped down they are just dirty. the downstairs batheroom You can see the dirt around the shower. and it needs minor repair. the tv's in all the bedroom was a plusure but the one in the living room need to be inlarged to small for that space. (not a bad things just a suggestion.) Thank you do you have other locations?Kim

We had plenty of space for our group that came for the Country Calling concert. We love the location near Fagers, Macy’s and Seacrets. We loved having our own balconies and the layout of the home. We had a great time and we will definitely be back!

Amazing townhome in the ocean city

I went to ocean city with my family to celebrate 4th of July and we stayed at this beautiful town home super close to the beach with great views, we had an amazing time here, this place has enough room for a family of 10 or more. I definitely recommend it 10/10

2024 vacation

Very good vacation. The property was good, however could have been cleaner. There was sand around, mold in downstairs bathroom, doors don’t lock, but nothing that would deter us from renting again.

Good location and Amazing size

The property was steps away from the beach, so it was easy to walk to and back from the beach. The size was amazing, we had a large group and everybody was able to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was also a good size and there were many bathrooms. However it was not clean. There were items from previous visitors found, sometimes food crumbs, and sand. It’s great for people who need a big space but not for those who want an absolute clean environment.

Family vacay

Very nice place but needs some updates it has a lot of broken stuff that needs fixed. Most of the screens have holes in them. Garage door broke on are first day and took till wed to get fixed.

Not very satisfied

Great location. Plenty of room for the family. Unfortunately the bottom shower had mildew in it all along the bottom and shower curtain that we cleaned before using, bottom bathroom door hinge is broken,most of the sliding doors did not lock properly, and carpet is in need of replacement. With three levels of living space, no vacuum- only one old broom. No outside hose to clean off with before entering the property.

Thank you for taking the time to review and provide feedback. The rinse area for the north building is towards the middle of the building near Unit 2 North on the 60th Street side of the building. There was no need to go all week with out a vacuum if it was not in the hall closet where it is normally stored. I would have have had maintenance bring one to you in the event it was missing/could not be located. I'm sorry to hear the downstairs shower was not cleaned properly and would have offered to assist or get a new shower curtain for you.

Great location....terrible place. VERY Disappointed.

We had real issues with this place. It was dirty, the disposal smelled rancid. All the vents are full of dust as well as the ceiling fans. The sink is pulling away from the granite. The one bedroom had no electricity even after Dan told us it was fixed. The couches are uncomfortable. Under the sink you can tell it had a leak that was never fixed. Carpet in a beach house??? No decorations.

Perfect location for our group - easy walking distance to the beach! The property manager responded quickly to a couple of issues we had and sent someone to resolve them within a couple of hours. The place could use some quality time with a handyman and the cleanliness was just ok. That said, we would stay there again, but would bring an extra folding table and some camp chairs for additional seating in the living room.NOTE: There was NOTHING in the way of supplies. The listing does say that, but in other rentals there has been some TP and basic cleaning supplies. Not here. Bring your own pots and pans, utensils, and soap. One odd exception - there are three coffee pots.

The property was dirty.

Everything about this property was dirty. Floors, ceiling, walls etc. the kitchen sink was falling away from countertop and under sink was collapsed (obvious water damage). Tried loading dishwasher and it wasn’t connected to cabinet or countertop. Overall disappointed in this property—not worth the amount of $ paid. Won’t stay here again

Thank you for your feedback. We would have been happy to assist with any concerns during your stay if we had been contacted. The previous renter who checked out the day you checked in gave us 5 stars and used the brand new dishwasher throughout the majority of their 2 week stay since it was installed a few days after they arrived. We would have been happy to address any issue you had with it if we were notified and certainly completed additional cleaning if requested. An issue with the kitchen sink or dishwasher/appliances would certainly fall under urgent maintenance that is supposed to be reported to us immediately per our agreement conditions. The walls/ceilings will have wear and tear at this point in the season since repainting a place this large is not possible in the few hours between renters in the summer. That being said, we are easily reachable and willing to do what we can to make your stay more enjoyable.

The location is wonderful and the home is very nice, however the house is not equipped with anything at all. The thoughtful touches you’ll find in other VRBO locations are NOT here. Even the cheapest motel has toilet paper and hand soap. For the price per night, you will not have any conveniences but a bed to rest your head. There were remotes without working batteries, lightbulbs out throughout, other people’s underwear and hanging from the balcony posts, and ants in every room- not to mention the dust piled high in the vents and on fans. Great house, poor everything else. READ YOUR DISCLOSURE CAREFULLY! YOU NEED TO BRING EVERY SINGLE THING AND THEN SOME. Get ready to pack up your house to bring on your relaxing vacation.

Great location, but needs tlc

The location of this place is great. Has plenty of space. However, it needs TLC and repairs. Examples are stains in showers and some damage to interior doors. Sink was loose and not sealed. Beds were basic, not comfortable. I did not sleep in the master though, so can't speak to that. It was clean (floors, countertops, bathrooms). Wifi was down when we stayed there. Agent did communicate well over text in trying to resolve wifi, and finally got a connection our last day. They communicated it was a IT provider outage. Parking was great. Room for 3 cars two in a garage all covered. Overall, met our needs.

Dont know what 150.00 cleaning fee is for?

House was dirty, found used q tips under the bed, spider web all over, carpet was disgusting, kitchen sink falling thru the counter top, hair all over the showers that wasn't mine, bed broken in two rooms, multiple sliding doors didnt lock, and garage door that was broken. Place was not worth the money. Plus whoever they are hiring to clean is either blind or just doesn't do their job.

The house was in a great location, and the size was perfect for our group (4 adult couples). Here are some of the issues: the house was extremely run down, and the photos are not accurate. The walls & ceilings were filthy and damaged above windows which is not shown in the pictures. The balcony handles were loose and falling off the main room door. The house also was also not cleaned well. There were crumbs all over the floors & found dirty socks on one of the balcony’s and past guest garbage under the beds behind dressers and in the living room couch. There is also very very limited paper towels and toilet paper. None of the sinks had soap to wash your hands. It seemed like a college party rental. On the positive side: We didn’t see any bugs for our 3 night stay. The host’s were very nice and accommodating they let us check in at 12:30pm instead of 3:00 & were quick to answer any questions.
