This apartment was very clean and spacious! They were thoughtful in printing some events happening the week we stayed and had fresh flowers on the table. Everything was well maintained and good quality. It’s in downtown Douglas so you can walk to cafes, stores, and a kayak rental down the street. The only con which was kind of frustrating is the wifi sucks and basically doesn’t work at all. Even when we turned the wifi off it moved so slow and you can’t really look anything up.

Short Getaway

Beautiful and very spacious, must try breakfast down stairs..so wonderful and everyone so friendly. King size bed was a bit to firm for our comfort but everyone is different so that is understandable. Couch not comfy for relaxing in to watch a movie, maybe get a recliner couch. Would stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I spent two nights at the Center Suite B and it was perfect. Everything was recently remodeled, the furniture was nice, beds were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. It was a good location on the main street in Douglas and an easy walk to downtown Saugatuck. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Douglas - the location was in the heart of downtown and walkable to everything. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. There’s only one bath, so it may be less than desirable for two couples (it was just the two of us). The layout is also unusual- the bath is at one end of the apt, through the kitchen, so at the far end from one of the bedrooms. A short but steep flight of stairs up to the apartment from the ground floor entry may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Designated parking spot in rear of building/alley. Private, easy access to upstairs unit, Suite B, that is actually above a Cafe. If you cannot go up a set of stairs, you will not be able to access this rental. The unit is as pictured. Very clean, spacious, with a spa bathroom. Quiet enough and has most amenities needed for a short or long stay. The cafe below is only open until 2:00 pm. You will hear their music in the morning (not loud), but completely quiet once they close and in the evening. A couple of recommendations when cost effective to do so. A small recliner, a full-length mirror and swap out master bedroom mattress. It is not comfortable for those used to a plush mattress. If you love firm, memory foam, this won't be an issue. While this rental is in Douglas, we spent most of our time in neighboring Saugatuck and Oval Beach area, with a quick trip to Holland. It's a beautiful, picturesque area with a lot of great restaurants, shops, hiking, biking, dune buggy rides, etc. Would recommend: Penny Royal Cafe & Provisions, The Ladybird, The Butler, The Southerner & Boatwerks. Kilwin's for ice cream. Do not expect seafood/fish to be as you would find it along Eastern seaboard, Florida or Gulf Shore regions. Overall, a great location and stay. Would definitely recommend this rental and host - Three Arbors. Would absolutely stay here again as long as the upkeep is consistent.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. We even received a personalize thank you upon our arrival! This location is spacious, extremely clean and the couch and beds are so incredibly comfortableThe bathroom shower was fantastic, didn’t have the opportunity to use the beautiful tub, but will definitely be back and will try during our next stay. We (daughter, SIL and niece ) highly recommend and already agreed we will definitely book here again! Thank you for making our family stay so special, we will be booking again soon! 🥰

Beautiful, safe, and convenient location! It is modern and clean. The layout of the property was perfect for our needs and it felt spacious. It is easy to walk to enjoy the area and designated parking took stress away from finding a parking spot. Good communication. On weekend, the business below does add some noise. The WiFi was intermittent despite resetting the router a few times which was only frustrating as Mobile service was also intermittent - could have been our personal service provider.

We really enjoyed this location. Having a close grocery store was so nice, and enough variety to meet dietary restrictions! The location was close to many local activities, multiple beaches, marinas and kayak rentals. Wish we had more days in the area we really wanted to visit Holland but we’re were traveling up toward Traverse city.
