The property was clean. Off street parking was a plus as street parking was limited by the hours allowed to park or move car. Very easy to walk to restaurants. Kitchen well stocked.

Beautifully remodeled rental in a wonderful downtown location, right next to the museum and close to Hackley House and Park and the beautiful Monet Gardens. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, and we appreciated having a designated parking spot, though street parking was plentiful. The strong AC unit was a plus during the summer heat.Nicole was excellent with communication, and the check-in process was easy and seamless.One thing to note for families: the sofa bed is not a traditional pull-out bed and would really only be suitable for young children. Our 8-year-old was almost too big for it.Overall, a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean. Perfect location if you are looking to stay downtown and be within walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Perfect size for two people.

This stay was truly amazing. Right in the center of a historic quaint neighborhood in Muskegon which also happens to be in the dead center of town.

Incredibly clean property in a prime location if you’re looking to explore downtown Muskegon with a short drive to the beach. Pet friendly which was huge for us. The only issue we had was with the bed. The mattress has a plastic cover under the sheets (understandably so!). However, it was unbearably hot. My wife and I had to sleep on the couch because the mattress held in so much heat. We were sweating at night even with the decent AC system. Overall I would recommend the property if you’re fine with a very toasty mattress! Unfortunately we weren’t.

Perfect location for comfortable stay

Beautiful apartment just right for a few days in downtown Muskegon. Apartment nicely decorated and very clean. Off street parking a real plus. Convenient to shopping, dining, and the conference center. Highly recommend this listing.

Wonderful Property!

I came to town for the Lakeshore Art Festival and this small apartment was perfect for what I needed. It was within walking distance plus I loved the off street parking! The host was super helpful and answered all my questions promptly! I will be staying here again in the future.

Great spot

We had a great stay over Labor day weekend. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very impressed by how well everything was remodeled. Walking distance to restaurants, short drvie to our favorite beaches and to our surprise, across the street from the Polish Festival. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back!

Cozy little unit! No complaints at all — nice location, right next to a cool historic neighborhood and the lake, everything you need in a compact and clean space. Host went above and beyond to help me check in after a technical issue (my error, not theirs).

Comfy conference stay

I had a conference at Delta, and this rental couldn’t have been more convenient! My service dog and I were much more comfortable than we would be in a hotel. Everything was exactly as expected.

Nice little studio apartment. Was just right for a short stay.

Great little renovated place within walking distance to downtown Muskegon’s shops and restaurants. Excellent location to view fireworks right off the back patio. There’s a beautiful city garden right next door that was a surprise addition to our stay. Communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. The only thing I could think of to mention was the washer and dryer combo was a little tricky at first but we figured it out quickly, and it’s not worth taking any kudos away from the owners. I’d definitely stay here again!

Home away from home. That's what The Victorian Queen Getaway felt like. Two adults and a pet made home in this very clean, very well appointed space. We were impressed with the attention to detail poured into design and functionality and amenities. The bed was comfy and towels are nice. Nicole was on point from setup to checkout. She was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The walks to nearby Hackley Park and The Monet Garden were wonderful on a sunny Autumn day. Our furry friend even joined us for a lunch at Rad Dads. Excellent gourmet tacos. Another short walk away. This home is in a premier location. We're ready to book our next visit to Muskegon at the Victorian Queen Getaway. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay Nicole.

I loved everything about this stay with one exception.... The mattress cover! I appreciate the thought behind a waterproof mattress cover. I use them on my personal mattresses in my home. I have never experienced one like this. It was like a tarp over the mattress. Zero breathability that led to waking up drenched in sweat even though the room was at a comfortable temperature. It also was very loud so every time we moved you heard crinkling. Heaven forbid we should roll over! It was an orchestra of plastic that ensured no one stayed asleep.Seriously, loved everything else! But why? Why did they wrap the mattress in such absurd cover?For what it's worth, I would stay again... But I would bring my own waterproof mattress pad.
