Faith Cottage is a private, gated garden retreat at 614 Nichols Avenue — 720 square feet of Gold Fortified construction, a short walk from the heart of Fairhope.

The Space
Inside, a light-filled living area flows from a comfortable sectional to an island that seats four. The kitchen is genuinely equipped: gas range, Simply Good Coffee brewer plus Keurig, chef's deep sink with integrated cutting board, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher. The spa bath features double vanities, a pebble-floor walk-in shower, and hotel-grade bath products. The king bedroom has French glass sliding doors that open directly to your private garden terrace.

Outdoors
The garden terrace is what guests keep talking about. A shaded breakfast nook for morning coffee, alfresco dining for six, a garden lounge under string lights, and a mature double-lot garden — figs, persimmons, butterfly plantings, native plants — that makes the whole property feel rooted in Fairhope rather than assembled for a catalog. Two 14/50 EV chargers on-site.

The Neighborhood
One block from Warehouse Bakery, Refuge Coffee, District Hall, Fairhope Brewing, and Hope Farm. One block to pickleball and tennis at Stimpson Park. Two blocks to Thomas Hospital. Five minutes on foot to the Municipal Pier and Fairhope's famous bluff views.

Beautiful, peaceful location! Cottage was well appointed, stylish and quiet. Perfect spot for a restful getaway. We loved all the private outdoor spaces, great spots to read (or nap). So many thoughtful touches from extra phone chargers to fresh ground coffee and throw blankets. We will definitely be recommending to friends — and returning for more getaways.

The Faith Cottage was the perfect getaway for a few days of relaxation! Cudo's to the hosts for the thoughtful design and functionality, tasteful appointments, technology and comfort. The outdoor sitting areas also provided privacy, quiet and comfort with shade trees and canopies all around. We look forward to another stay on our next trip to Fairhope! Great hosts!!!

Close to everything yet feels completely secluded. Very tranquil setting with everything you can possibly need from the well stocked kitchen to the bathroom just bring your toothbrush! Gated, Covered parking, charging station for your EV. The property has 2 units but we never heard or saw the other occupants. Great communication with the oweners.. they really thought about every little detail! We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable *something very important to me*. The house has many thoughtful additions that we enjoyed. Also, we were so close to downtown Fairhope which was easily one of the most charming towns I’ve ever visited. Dave was a fantastic host as well! He was very quick to respond and just a wonderful person all around! If you’re a foodie like me, make sure to grab all his dining recommendations! We are already talking about our next trip back!

We were in town for a wedding weekend. This was the perfect place for us. It was very nicely decorated and well furnished. The seating outside the cottage was private and comfortable as well as peaceful and quaint. We would really like to plan another trip to visit and stay here again when we can enjoy more of what Fairhope has to offer. It’s a very friendly town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and close enough that a day trip to the beach could be included. But even the bay pier and parks are good for resting and relaxing with a view. We will definitely book with this property again. Thank you for a nice stay and being such good hosts by providing good information and checking on us frequently.

A great peaceful retreat tucked away in an area you wouldn't expect to find such a beautiful place.Impeccable furnishings, and outdoor seating areas, complete with a fire pit, water feature, and privacy. Jen and Dave are ideal hosts with easy access and great communication. Would recommend this for any couple wanting to escape the madness of everyday life and enjoy a wonderful place to recharge your battery. Close to downtown and the great restaurants in Fairhope. We designed Faith Cottage around what we love about this town: genuine hospitality, great food within walking distance, and outdoor spaces worth lingering in. Our guests tell us we got it right — we'll let the reviews speak for themselves.

Faith Cottage is one of the few Gold Fortified vacation rentals in the area — a construction standard that costs more to build and shows in every detail. Add a private gated garden on a double lot, a central Fairhope address that puts the city's best food and entertainment one block away, and hosts who live just down the street. That combination is hard to find. Our most common guest feedback: they wish they'd booked more nights.
