Great location! Spacious condo with a great view. Water was shut off to condo one evening, contacted management and was handled in a timely manner. Management addressed the issue and took care of us. Would definitely stay here again.

I know this is cliche, but the pictures really don't do it justice! It is a beautifully modern home with amazing sweeping views of the ocean from the first floor and the master. There are two large porches with ocean views and both lounge chairs and table/chairs. The place is massive and can easily fit several families. We loved the location, on a quiet part of Potrero beach, but a short 5 minute walk to the center of town which is small but has some very good food options. Also a quick drive to flamingo and penca beaches, which are both great. The condo is well stocked with beach chairs, beach bag, and even sand toys for the little ones. Note it is on 3rd and 4th floors w/ no elevator (in case you have mobility issues). We loved our stay and its a great deal...we will definitely be back!

This one is amazing!

This is our 6th trip to Costa Rica and we just stayed 11 days in this absolutely beautiful condo, and it exceeded our expectations! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and enjoying days at the beach. The location is perfect, the facilities are excellent, and the view from the condo is simply spectacular. The master suite is incredible, the beds are very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for both the house and the beach. We also appreciated the beach chairs that were available to use. The condo is located in a quiet area, making it the perfect place to relax.Playa Potrero is a charming little beach town with a grocery store, restaurants, and everything you need close by while still feeling peaceful and uncrowded. A few minor things to note:* If you have mobility issues, be aware that you'll need to climb quite a few stairs to access the condo.* The fourth bedroom is a bit small. It's perfect for younger kids, but maybe not ideal for our 64" grown kid! * The showers are fantastic. The only minor issue is that if everyone showers at the same time, the water pressure drops a little-but it certainly wasn't a big deal.Honestly, the pictures don't do this place justice. If you're looking for an amazing place for a family vacation or a getaway with a few couples, you won't be disappointed.Daniel was an outstanding host-friendly, responsive, and wonderful to work with. We hope to be back Soon!!

Loved the view, beach access and location!

Our stay with our adult children and significant others was a home run! Even though we had a vehicle we were able to walk to coffee shops, lunch locations, and fun tropical drink spots. Other than the construction going on behind the condo, it was in a perfect stay. I would not hesitate to book this condo. We had everything we needed, especially a well stocked kitchen.

Amazing, incredible ocean view

We loved the condo! The master suite w/large bathroom and super spacious outdoor space was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked and very well laid out for ease of use. The living room and dining areas were great! The back two bedrooms with their own large bathrooms were terrific! The walk to the beach was super easy and the water was very warm! The pool was very nice! I wished it was longer, but only because I like to do laps! Every morning we saw people swimming across the bay and back, so you can get a lot of exercise that way. The beach was very uncrowded, hardly anyone on it. I got a massage on the beach from some local ladies and it was wonderful! My only wish was maybe an elevator to take the luggage up, but you can't have everything! If you want a place to enjoy ocean views, this is perfect!
