The Sea Turtle Pool + Beach Home (one unit in our Nokomis duplex), located a couple blocks from the coveted Nokomis Beach on Casey Key, includes a large 30x15 foot pool which gently slopes from 3 to 6.5 feet deep, along with a spacious covered lanai. You will find many comfortable seats poolside. An easy 6-minute drive from I-75, our Beach Home is an short walk from the popular white sands of Nokomis Beach (and Pelican Alley and Pops Waterside Grill), a few minutes from Venice Island, Venice Beach, Blackburn Point, Spanish Point, Oscar Scherer State Park, and the frequent shark teeth found at Casperson Beach! Enjoy walks on the beautiful white sand beaches of Casey Key while looking for shells and shark teeth. Boating, jet skis, kayaking and fishing are also available at the nearby marina. Golf, tennis, local restaurants, and shopping are only minutes away and just a short drive north is Sarasota, Florida where you can find music, theater, galleries, and more shopping.
The home includes an open layout with living room, newly renovated kitchen with quartz breakfast bar and countertops, a separate dining room, 3 large bedrooms with 5 beds and windows looking out to the covered pool and lanai. One bedroom is separated across the lanai but has AC, fan, desk, and privacy. Outside you will find a net for a Pickleball or Badminton court as well as ping pong table, corn hole and a golf toss game. Many beach toys are available for your use along with a kayak, a paddleboard, many chairs, and kids’ toys (sand buckets, shovels, and life preservers).
