Comfortable Bedrooms with Ample Storage:
The master suite, located downstairs, features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a smart TV, and plenty of space to unwind. Upstairs, three more bedrooms await: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and the third with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. All bedrooms include smart TVs, full-length mirrors, and ample storage for clothing to keep you organized during your stay.

Extras:
White Magnolia is equipped with a full laundry room for guest use and a large outdoor storage unit with fun toys for lake adventures.

Pets:
We are pet-friendly and welcome one dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. If you'd like to bring a second dog, you are welcome to with an additional REFUNDABLE $250 deposit. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Hot Tub Maintenance Schedule:
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, our pool and hot tub are professionally serviced on a weekly schedule.

Monthly Stays:
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.

Cleaning during your Monthly Stay:
For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.

Safety Disclaimer:
Please note that the backyard is open with no fencing, allowing direct access to the lake, perfect for jumping right in.
Littles should be closely supervised at all times while in the backyard.
The hot tub has a cover, but children should be watched when near it or outdoors.
The upper terrace is equipped with a railing, but there are gaps that are not safe for small children.
A safety latch has been added to the door leading to the terrace to prevent littles from accessing this area unsupervised.

Bunk beds are provided for guest use; however, use is at your own risk. Guests agree to exercise caution and ensure children are supervised when using bunk beds.
This property is located near a body of water. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with water proximity, including but not limited to slipping, drowning, or injury. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.
