We are Modern Midstay, a Denver hospitality company, that owns & operates 50+ furnished apartments in City Park, Cheesman Park, Cap Hill, and Wash Park.
We offer 1 to 12 month furnished rentals for travel nurses, relocations to/from Denver, remote workers, and others exploring the city for a few months.

The Space:
Unit #3 @ 1244 N York St is a 545 sqft basement 1BR. WFH workspace in the den. Free communal laundry in the basement of our sister property next door (short walk from your bedroom door). No dishwasher, but large sink with drying rack.

* 3 blocks to Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens. 4 blocks to City Park
* 5 minute drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods & King Soopers
* 5 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District
* 12 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi
* 30 minutes to Red Rocks. 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts
* Nearby hospitals: 7 minutes to St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose. 20 minutes to UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO

* Fast internet! 300mgps download, 10mgps upload. Shared router may or may not be in-unit
* Smart TV, so you can use your own streaming service. No cable
Guest Access:
PARKING: 1 dedicated parking space per apartment. Street parking is free and available on our block. NOTE: York St is a busier 2 lane road, so there’s always cars driving by, but we’ve never had a problem finding a spot on the block.
Your parking space is labeled 3N
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry in the basement of our property NEXT DOOR. It’s a short walk from your bedroom door to the basement laundry next door.
HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from two thermostats and heating zones for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

Getting Around:
The property is an easy 30 to 40 minute Uber from the Denver International Airport. You're a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. Check out rtd-denver .com or the RTD My Ride app for the bus and light rail routes and schedules.
Other Things to Note:
LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available during business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
