Great stay!

We had a great stay in Lahaina at KT's Puamana townhome. The location, amenities, and size were all perfect for our family visit to Lahaina. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Perfect family base

The property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The pools were great and easy access to the beach were convenient.

Great Communication, Great Location, Great Stay

Our Stay here was perfect. From the thorough and helpful communication throughout to the quality of the house and its amenities - I could not recommend this house and its owner highly enough. We are already planning our next trip and hope to make this our home base for Maui again.

Great family vacation spot

The condo was fabulous! Everything was perfect and clean. The beds were nice, the towels were new, furniture, TV, appliances etc. were in great condition. One of the nicest places we have stayed. We enjoyed every minute at the condo. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Comfortable

Great spot, close to town but not too close to feel the crowds. Quiet with the exception of some road noise that we quickly learned to ignore. Nicely furnished with whatever you need for a vacation. We were struck by the beauty of the grounds.

Amazing location and place

Loved the amenities, continued communication and place! The kitchen is decked out with everything you need and the host was welcoming and provided detailed information and communication that was super helpful since it was our first time visiting. Would highly recommend and would come back anytime! Maholo.

It really is paradise!

My husband and I traveled with our two daughters and a boyfriend. We found the condo immaculate and well stocked, the owners very accommodating and the location central to all that we wanted to do. Having 3 separate sleeping areas as well as 3 bathrooms was so ideal to our needs. The beach out front was fun and the pool was so restful after a day of activities. Lahaina was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property to others! 5 Stars!!

Great location! Very comfortable condo.

The condo was perfect for our family. We traveled with 4 adults and 1 baby, and it was very comfortable for us. The location is perfect! Walkable distance to Lahaina town, then within the gated community you have access to beaches and 3 pools. Nice lanai in front and back of house. Jan is very helpful if you need anything during your stay. Would highly recommend to families traveling to Lahaina. Thanks for a fun week!

Fun spot in Lahaina

We had a good time. Nice yard was great for kids to run around while we packed lunches for our day trips. Beach was nice, but water a little cloudy in October. Pools were good. Playground was locked up, not sure why. Condo fit 6 of us. Great!

Trip of a lifetime

I can’t express how grateful I am for the amazing property we rented for our first Maui trip. I brought my kids from New York and California and we were sitting blown away by the accommodations to cook in the house, walk drive or bike to old Lahaina, and just relax and enjoy the most beautiful place in the island. We went north for a luau, did the Maverick helicopter tour, a sunset sail, and snorkeling - do it all. PAC whale is the place. This house is something illlook to do for my family every year!

Maui Beach-front condo

We enjoyed our vacation in Maui very much. The condo was nice and its location is ideal. It has beach access and several pools. The vast majority of units are owner-occupied and very well kept. It's within walking distance of Lahaina, perhaps a mile, along a beachside road. Lahaina is crowded with cars with very little free parking. In fact the entire island of Maui is crowded with cars. The highway to Hana was bumper-to-bumper each way on Saturday, but the beaches on the upper side of the island are fantastic with immense surf and sea turtles. There are beautiful beaches everywhere and great restaurants in cute little towns like Paia. Kahulahi has every imaginable big box store but not a lot of charm. I recommend Lahaina for beauty and charm.

Construction next door till December 2015.

The rating would be a 5 with the location and accommodations where get. The club house was nice. And the Ocean pool great. The grounds around the townhouses are well keep. I would not recommend for older or younger kids that can not sit in a bar stool. As the kitchen counter and dining table are both very hard to get into for someone with limited skills. The beds where great. The layout was great. I would put in a smaller kitchen table and it would be great. Surf right out front of unit was very fun all week. both a left and a right break. A little tricking getting down to beach thru the rocks.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo. It was a perfect vacation! Your condo is very modern with beautiful comfortable furniture, kitchen had everything you needed, there were HD TV’s and blue ray players in all the rooms. Beds were very comfortable (had no problem sleeping at all) with nice hotel quality sheets, clean new towels, and thick beach towels for your use while there. The lanai’s had comfy seating and tables for the front and back lanai’s. The landscaping at Puamana is beautiful and well maintained. On our 2nd to last day in your condo we went to the pool overlooking the ocean and wished we would have gone to this pool sooner, the view is great! Not that far to walk to Front St. in Lahania if you wanted to walk or ride the bikes provided by you. Your home is clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, we had the use of the washer and dryer (I have stayed in other places where they are locked in closets and you couldn’t use them). Felt like I was home while there. Thank you again for the use of your lovely home. If you are looking for a place to stay in West Maui, I would recommend your condo in Puamana to anyone going to Maui.

Puamana Vacation

Puamana's description was exactly as listed!!!!! The townhouse was beautifully furnished it was clean and well maintained. A pretty quiet community with many of the homes were occupied by permanent residents. Any questions I had were answered pretty quickly and when we had a small issue with one of the bathrooms they sent someone to resolve it right away. The location was great, right at the beginning of Front street, in the Lahaina area. We loved having breakfast at Moose McGillycuddy's. we had a wonderful dinner at the Lahaina Fish Co. We did happy hour at Kimos where we thoroughly enjoyed the local talent of the group Nuff Sedd. While in the Napili/Kapalua we did Pu Pus (appetizers) at the Sea House. Aloha Mixed Plate is also a great place for great local food also has full bar and reasonably priced. Another must do while in Maui is Mama's Fish House in the Paia area...just wonderful. The food, the ambiance the sunset...breathtaking . We also did the Molokini snorkel trip on the Pride of Maui. that one also stopped at Turtle Town where we saw quite a few Turtles plus all sorts of exotic fish. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. I would for sure stay here again!!!!!! The only minus was that when I checked in I was informed the the workout room was an additional charge per person and to register a second car was also an additional fee.

Falsely advertised

While the location of the residency was central to most island amenities, upon arrival we immediately found ourselves unable to enter the property as the gate code proved to be unhelpful. As we arrived on the property we were immediately greeted by substantial water construction directly in front of our unit. While we knew that the rate quoted was the most affordable we were still taken back by the massive construction in front of our property. Upon entrance to the unit we tried to find our individual 3 bedroom suite only to find two upstairs bedrooms and one of two hideaway beds. while they were king size beds it created an uncomfortable aesthetic for a communal living room. We tried to access our individual televisions in each room only to find that the sole tv worked in the living room. The property does not provide the abundance of swimming pools nor does it have a private gym or bar, were lost during the fires. Almost 45% of the entire property description felt misleading and quite disingenuous by the authors. While we would have appreciated the opportunity for the authors to be straightforward about the lack of amenities described or the unwelcoming attitudes of some of the property owners we most definitely would not have chosen this location.We specifically chose this location because the pictures of the property showed a swimming pool located right next to the ocean. We had a couple people in our party that don’t know how to swim and didn’t wan

La propiedad esta una zona privada, accesible a todo, puedes caminar a centro Lahaina y manejar 30min y explorar otra parte de la Isla. Tuvimos un tiempo agradable.

Everything advertised and more!

This property was modern, clean and fully equipt. The owner went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed. Our adult children loved the 82” TV. We would stay here again!

Quiet and Safe

Clean, nice to have beach chairs and umbrella available. Owner was responsive to any issues. Only a short jaunt to the beach, and close to downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. We had no issues with parking with 2 vehicles.
